I purchased a 2009 Carolla on May 10/2012. The vehcile was exactally as described and the reason this was important is that I had to fly to Winnipeg to buy the vehicle, sight unseen. Could have changed my was exactally as described and the reason this was important is that I had to fly to Winnipeg to buy the vehicle, sight unseen. Could have changed my mind when I got there but all was OK. Left my suit case at the dealer and they tracked me down at a store down the street. Just about an impossible task but Wayne did it. The vehicle had a minor problem about 35 min from Winnipeg on my way back to Ontario. I drove back to the dealer and they fixed it by removing a part from another vehicle and did this after normal repair hours. They also volunteered to put me up in a hotel as it was getting last and I had an 8 hour trip ahead. Good service all around. They also picked me up at the airport. More

It was a to the dentist for me. I've been driving Chevys my whole life but brave other bought a Toyota and loves it so I thought I'd go try one out. It was a very good decision, I was approached by Margaret when I came in she welcomed me to the dealership cause it was my first time, right then I knew something was gonna be different about this dealership. After getting me and my wife something to drink we had a seat at her desk and we started to talk. Margaret was knowledgable, friendly, funny and extremely pleasant to be around. She made the process smooth and seamless, we did an appraisal on my old truck, she found us the right truck for our family and got us a price that works in our budget. We were also introduced to Joel the sales manager, he wasn't like any other manager I've met, he was no pressure friendly and treated someone the way you would want to be treated. They were both great through the whole experience and I have a couple new friends. I highly recommend Frontier Toyota to anyone looking for a new car, even if your unsure about a Toyota try it and see. More
I actually had a friend who had dealt with Frontier Toyota before and was very pleased with their experience so they recommended I go there when I said I was thinking about buying a car. I figured I wo Toyota before and was very pleased with their experience so they recommended I go there when I said I was thinking about buying a car. I figured I would at least go and check them out, and I was very glad I did. A young man named Steve came up to me shortly after I walked in the door and greeted me, asking how I was doing and what he could help me with. I told him that I was thinking about buying a new car but that I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, or if I would even buy a Toyota. He was very understanding, he sat me down and we had some conversations about what they had to offer to fit my needs. He answered all my questions very patiently and made me feel very comfortable and not pushed into buying something right away. I had heard many horror stories about car salesmen and was skeptical going in, but Steve made it a very enjoyable experience and I actually had fun (which is how it should be buying a car!). I could also tell from other customers around me with other employees that they were feeling the same, as there was occasional laughter. It seemed like a very well-run, respectful dealership. In the end I didn't leave with a car because I didn't want to make a hasty decision, but a few days later I returned and went through with a deal. I had an awesome time and love my new car! Cheers! Called in to get a price on a used car, salesperson was too pushy. I told him that I would call back and speak with another salesperson and hung up. 5 min later my phone rang and it was the salesman saying too pushy. I told him that I would call back and speak with another salesperson and hung up. 5 min later my phone rang and it was the salesman saying that he had the price of the car... told him that we were not disconnected, that I hung up, and asked how he got my number since I had not given it to him. told him goodbye and hung up. Two min later the manager called me back and told me that he had told the first salesman to call me back, told nim that I did not give my number and that he must have used call display to call me back...disgusting!!!
