Excellent customer service We were coming in from out of town and experienced a problem with our sienna van that was caused by a dealership in our home town. We called Frontier about two hours out of Winnipeg and asked the service rep Amanda if there was anyway we could have out Van fixed today. She was great and said no problem just bring it in as soon as we get to town which was around 330 on a Friday. From there another service rep Danielle who was also excellent got our Van in the service department right away. This was the first time I ever visited this dealership and they treated us like a long time valued customer. Thank you very much to Amanda, Danielle and the service team you helping us get out of a very stressful situation. We will definitely will be a customer in the future. C Thompson More

Service department I had bought my 2008 Tacoma from frontier. I was pleased with the sales service. However the service department is another issue. I was told in May 20 I had bought my 2008 Tacoma from frontier. I was pleased with the sales service. However the service department is another issue. I was told in May 2016 that they revcommend me to replace my left lower ball joint. I took my truck in to another service department in March 2017. That's almost a year later. I was told that both ball joints were fine and DID NOT need to be replaced!!! They also mentioned an alignment. I was also told this wasn't needed!!!! I have all the invoices to show this. I will NOT return to Toyota for any further service. More
