Enjoyable, painless, fast I went in to check out the Chevy Traverse as I had been looking at these online for awhile. As soon as I walked in the door the lady at reception gree I went in to check out the Chevy Traverse as I had been looking at these online for awhile. As soon as I walked in the door the lady at reception greeted me and asked what she could help with. Before I could explain to her that I was there to see a Traverse, Brian came over and introduced himself and we went to his office to chat. I told him what I was looking for, he checked their inventory and they didn’t have that model in stock but he could get one from another dealer no problem. He gave me the price and as it was a cash deal he threw in some extras that I wanted for free. The price was fair and what I was expecting.We went out and he brought a Traverse up for me to check out. Talked to the financial guy put down a deposit and I was out the door. Painless for buying a car these days, no hard sell or pressure. More

I was advised that it expired on April 17 so I had to pay full price for this service. With the vehicle being relatively low mileage 23,450 I expected that this serve would be free but it was not so it means I only received 2. Not sure what I paid for this assuming it was built into one of the other charges when I bought it but it seems pretty cheap on GM's part to be this rigid based on the mileage. More
