As this was my first service with Jack Carter the process was explained, I was escorted to the waiting lounge and enjoyed a coffee and muffin. My car was done promptly and as a bonus they reset my tire sensors on my winter tires for free. Great people, thank you Teresa you made my day and great service. Oil change appointment I had an appointment for an oil change and safety recall. Everything went well and within an expected amount of time. I noticed on my invoice that the I had an appointment for an oil change and safety recall. Everything went well and within an expected amount of time. I noticed on my invoice that they noticed some oil cooler lines were leaking so they changed them under warranty, which saved me another appointment or major issue down the line.
