The Best Dealer with the Best Staff Was out camping when my truck set a SES light. It was late on a Friday of a long weekend. I spoke to Edwin, a service adviser that had helped me with another issue in the past. He told me about common Issues with my vehicle and recommend a few services as preventative maintenance. Exactly what I was looking for, as my car was running well already. He informed me of all pricing before preforming any work, he kept me up to date with the progress and finished the work on time. My car runs noticeably better now. Vehicle maintenance is something nobody likes to do, but in this case I feel like myself and my car were treated well and at a fair price. I'll definitely return to jack Carter In the future and refer friends and family to Edwin specifically. More

Awsome service!! Came to Calgary from red Deer when I went out to start car wouldn't start, phoned roadside assistant he started it and told me to leave it run for 1/2 Came to Calgary from red Deer when I went out to start car wouldn't start, phoned roadside assistant he started it and told me to leave it run for 1/2 hr, I then took it to jack carter chev within a short while my vehical was up and running and o was able to drive away a happy camper with a new battery.
