Great group of guys! Bought a new CTS-V from these guys and would recommend them to everyone. Initially walked in to GSL and was never confronted by any salesman. I was in work clothing, and for some reason was ignored by all who walked beside me. I had to walk into a salesman’s office and asked him if he’d like to sell a car. I told him I would like a new CTS-V and he proceeded to tell me there were none in town. Knowing that Jack Carter did have inventory, I called him out on his lie and proceeded to to Jack Carter. I was approached by a friendly salesman that took time to show me their inventory. It was love at first sight when I saw my 2018 CTS-V in pearl white. I closed the deal and within a couple hours, I was driving it home. I am very pleased with the honesty and hard work of all the employees here and will be purchasing my wife’s new Escalade from Jack Carter. More

Purchase of my new Corvette The only time I felt some apprehension was about service.....on the first day my vehicle was delivered I had to have it towed back to the dealer...the The only time I felt some apprehension was about service.....on the first day my vehicle was delivered I had to have it towed back to the dealer...they told me it was a faulty fuel pump....I had to wait several days to finally get possession of it again. After that everything is fine. As for the experience purchasing my Corvette....it was a pleasure dealing on numerous occasions with Mark and Steven and especially with Len when the final financial agreement was signed. I consider them friends now as well as someone I would gladly deal with again when it comes to the purchase of my next vehicle. I stop by to say hi and have a chat periodically. More

Very poor communication I took my 2014 Chevy Cruze in for the first time to Jack Carter as my engine was going through a considerable amount of oil over a few mths. I brough I took my 2014 Chevy Cruze in for the first time to Jack Carter as my engine was going through a considerable amount of oil over a few mths. I brought it in at 7:30am and was told I would get a call as soon as diagnosis was reached. At 3:00 pm I finally called as I had heard nothing and was told that the car was just going in then and they had been overloaded but that the engine overheating issue would be fixed up no problem.. I then corrected him by saying it was the oil leak issue. Definitely didn’t leave me with a feeling of a valued and trusted customer. Then he called back at 4:30 to tell me that one of the coil packs was damaged and needed replacement and that the car won’t be ready for pick up until the next day. Which left me carless and I live in crescent heights. When I mentioned to him that the reason I brought it in so early was to ensure that the car would be handled and Jordon responded with saying that the car had been in and worked on 6 hrs ago. I then corrected him by saying that an hour prior when I had to call hot them, I was told it had “just” gone in then. No trust on this end and with my bankruptcy due to my oil and gas career being done has left me with no credit I had a very tough time with enterprise rent a car. I had to call AGAIN in the morning and I tell ya.. I’m kinda frustrated as that’s just poor customer service. My first experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and in my current job our clients are number one and they need to be happy. I’m less than happy. More
