Getting the runaround Had my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, USB port not working, told by service advisor that it was not covered under warranty. I have extended warranty Had my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, USB port not working, told by service advisor that it was not covered under warranty. I have extended warranty and I called GMPP, they said it should be covered and to tell my service advisor to call them. I relayed that message to my service advisor who said there was nothing they could do. I paid my bill and when I got home I phoned GMPP again and was given the same instructions to have the service centre call them with the information to process the claims. I asked GMPP to send me an email, which I forward to the service advisor and followed up with a Voice Message. Still waiting for a response. More
