Oil change appointment I had an appointment for an oil change and safety recall. Everything went well and within an expected amount of time. I noticed on my invoice that the I had an appointment for an oil change and safety recall. Everything went well and within an expected amount of time. I noticed on my invoice that they noticed some oil cooler lines were leaking so they changed them under warranty, which saved me another appointment or major issue down the line. Getting the runaround Had my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, USB port not working, told by service advisor that it was not covered under warranty. I have extended warranty Had my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, USB port not working, told by service advisor that it was not covered under warranty. I have extended warranty and I called GMPP, they said it should be covered and to tell my service advisor to call them. I relayed that message to my service advisor who said there was nothing they could do. I paid my bill and when I got home I phoned GMPP again and was given the same instructions to have the service centre call them with the information to process the claims. I asked GMPP to send me an email, which I forward to the service advisor and followed up with a Voice Message. Still waiting for a response. More

New GMC Yukon We recently started looking at full Size SUV's to replace our 08 SUV. Chev Suburbans and GMC Yukons werent really on our radar but we went to Jack Ca We recently started looking at full Size SUV's to replace our 08 SUV. Chev Suburbans and GMC Yukons werent really on our radar but we went to Jack Carter to have a quick look at them. Well that was the best decision we could have made. As soon as we started dealing qith Marc Duhamel we had a good feeling. He was professional and knowledgeable, which is sadly a rare thing these days it seems. We really appreciated his help and patience with us and our two young children and liked that he went the extra mile, even giving up his cell phone for the girls to watch a cartoon. After spending a lot of time looking at the Chev Traverse Moe Tulimat suggested we look at a GMC Yukon. He figured we would like it more than the traverse and he was correct. We decided to pull the pin on the Yukon. It wasnt quite to our specifications as it came with a cloth interior, but Moe and Marc assured us this was no problem and were able to arrange for leather to be put in. They told us to trust them that we would be blown away with the leather and again they were right. Everyone at Jack Carter provided us with a great experience and a welcoming feeling. Stefan Motuz in finance was great to deal with during the paperwork and finance side of the purchase. We were kept updated regularly with the progress of the leather seat install and the turn around was very quick. Marc and Moe were away when we collected the vehicle but Jeff was also great and very helpful at going through everything in the vehicle with us. Overall, we were very impressed and appreciative of the service we received from Marc, Moe, Stefan and Jeff. We are extremely satisfied with the leather install and GMC Yukon overall.
