Never get a call back. I called to make an appointment and was directed to a voice mail. Left a message and never got a call back. Called the next day and the girl said she had to find out if they had the part in stock and she would have to call me back. I said okay. I never got a call back. Called back a third day and finally was able to book an appointment. Then I asked how much a part was. I got transferred to a voice mail, left a message for that department and never heard back. Had to call back on the fourth day to get an answer on the part. Terrible customer service. Once I got in for my appointment the service was good. More

Signed the documents, bought the car with a promised of receiving $500 gift card then they said because they made a mistake on the promotion, we will not be receiving the $500. When in to talk to them in person and Corey gave us the attitude that although they made a mistake they were not going to give us the gift card. I believe that if you made a promise along the sales process that you should honor it no matter how much the dealership is at a loss. It was not our fault that you over promised, and it was not our fault that your mis informed your staff about the promotion. His attitude is the worst i've encountered in a long time, Jack Carter praises themselves of having the highest costumer service etc. but when it comes down to money customer service goes out the door. Would not buy from them ever again. More
