This is communications received via GM Chat line - "I went through our information on the RST builds and as long as they have the Convenience Package they will have 10-way power seat on the driver and passenger side as well as Heated seats and steering wheel!" Never get a call back. I called to make an appointment and was directed to a voice mail. Left a message and never got a call back. Called the next day and the girl said she I called to make an appointment and was directed to a voice mail. Left a message and never got a call back. Called the next day and the girl said she had to find out if they had the part in stock and she would have to call me back. I said okay. I never got a call back. Called back a third day and finally was able to book an appointment. Then I asked how much a part was. I got transferred to a voice mail, left a message for that department and never heard back. Had to call back on the fourth day to get an answer on the part. Terrible customer service. Once I got in for my appointment the service was good. More
