We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing. While unfortunate, it can not be determined by Mr. Transmission, or anyone else that our mechanics "knew" there was an issue with your transmission. At the time we had your vehicle there was either no issue with the transmission, or it was not apparent in the course of our inspections. Your statement is misleading, however we understand an appreciate your frustration, and empathize with the situation you are in.
