My SUV buying experience this week from JP motors. It was amazing from start to finish. I showed up at the main service location that houses the sedans and the financing center, but was greeted by a l It was amazing from start to finish. I didn’t have to ask for help I was greeted within the first 20 seconds of being there. When I got to the SUV lot, I was greeted by Seth, who was amazing and listened to me in regards to what I wanted and showed me vehicles that met every criteria I had listed. I took one for a test drive and I was sold. It was exactly what I was looking for. The paperwork was easy and I met with Zeinab in terms of the finances and she helped me make the best decisions based on my situation. I went to pick up the car today and it was detailed beautifully. It looks brand new. I met with Sam to finalize everything and he was very professional and helpful. I got the best financing rate from JP Motors compared to any other dealership I went to and the banks and their selection of sedans, SUVs and trucks is amazing. There really is no need to go anywhere else. If you’re considering stopping by, I’d highly recommend it! More

Bought my suv at Jp motors, I do not live near this location. They said my suv was ready after some “ minor work” was done on it. I have had it one year 8 months. When I called and told them they had me bring it to them only when I got there they wanted to charge me an hours work to put it on the lift and recommend a body shop. I work at a shop and was told they won’t put it on the lift, to have me drive and use a full take of gas to have the guy say oh I talked to you yea there nothing we can do, well look at it and recommend you a body shop. The nerve! I still have to pay for this hunk of junk for another 16 months. Don’t waste your time and if you have the money to waste here, have the left the car and take a good look under it. Make sure it’s not painted nice till you get it home. The 18 months I’ve had this I’ve now spent over 10,000 on repairs. If I could post the pictures I could show receipts. Don’t get ripped off. Never again! Almost 38,000$+ all the repairs I’ve now put into it for this to happen! Gross! Check the rockers before you buy! More

Upon leaving the dealership, the car that I purchased started smoking and breaking randomly while driving. I wanted to give it a No star but it wouldn’t let me. From financing to extended warranted to not doing what they said or telling me they just couldn’t was a catastrophe. I was told my credit rating was low so interest had to be at 8.99 but I got it checked later that week because it didn’t sit right with me, it was 80 points higher than she said when she was working with the bank online for the loan, they sold me on a bumper to bumper extended warranty which it isn’t. I asked if they could remove the rust from two wheel wells and they said no problem. My bad for not getting all this double checked. Being a widow and buying my first car on my own I really trusted these people seeing they have a license. The rust cannot be removed they put paint over it which wore off? I had zero knowledge. The insurance dissolves after 24 mths I was told until it was paid off. Price of vehicle was 17,000 they talked me up and cost me 25888. Buyer beware so not purchase from these people. More

These people have no clue what they are doing - advertising a vehicle for sale on AutoTrader, we called to confirm availability and was assured it was available. I would not recommend this dealership, I bought a car that had damage to the door, on condition that it would be repaired. When I picked up the car you could see the bondo abd the very poor repair. The manager of the dealership was supposed to call me to discuss a remedy and never had the decency to call me. Beware a lot of their vehicles have been in accidents, don't trust they will fix any damage properly, just shop elsewhere. More
