September 12th I came into the lot to look at the 2019 Golf GTI. Mike Liang was there to give me the details about the car and set up a test drive. I took it out and instantly fell in love with the car, I was extremely excited as this is my first time buying a car. The next day I call Mike in the afternoon to ask him about putting a deposit on the car. A few hours later, I come back to JP Motors to talk with Mike about my trade in, I was then told that I would have to drive to the other location to have the manager check out my vehicle. When I get back to the original location, I sit down with Mike, pull out my wallet to make the deposit, and Mike gets a call from his manager saying that they already sold the car to a customer that came in to test drive the car minutes before I showed up to make my deposit. On the first day I met Mike he told me that all sales are first come first serve, which apparently is not true. It is clear that JP Motors has no regard for customer service and their only mission is to sell as many cars as possible. Obviously Mike's manager did not see my father eye-balling the 2016 X4 in the showroom, as he is also in the market for a vehicle. This probably explains why JP Motors pulled the chair out from under me. More

I had a look through their Google reviews and wish I had done so before buying from them. Many feel the same way as I do.
