I would NEVER do business with this guy. I've been looking for my daughters first car. I stopped in for a test drive. Thomas was obviously not interested in my business. I felt he came along on the test drive out of obligation only - not trying to win my business. "Keep it under the speed limit." Don't play with the compression." Once around the block only." (All right hand turns.) "When you commit to the purchase, we'll let you take it out on the highway." I mentioned that all 4 tires would not pass safety. He said that you only need a millimeter of tread to pass - and as long as it passes - it passes. So it passes by the "skin of your teeth" and that's alright? What else is just "sneaking past" inspection? This does nothing to create confidence in JP Motors. Dear JP Motors, you will NEVER get a dollar of my business as long as you have people like this representing your organization. I have never been treated with such disdain. More

Very Disappointing Experience Sales Manager Henry was over half an hour late to our scheduled appointment. He sold the car to me on the premise that the service department would ma Sales Manager Henry was over half an hour late to our scheduled appointment. He sold the car to me on the premise that the service department would make it run like new again. Within a week I had a $500 repair that they wouldn't reimburse me for. Considering the nature of the repair (old, worn out belts), it's very disappointing that I was sold the car without at the very least the disclosure of this information. Also, Henry continuously sent me internal JP Motors communications via email after getting my email confused with that of a fellow employee. It continued for a period even after I informed him of the mistake. Overall, just very disappointing, unprofessional service. More
