I thought customer service at the calibre that I experienced today at JP Motors did not exist anymore. These employees are professional, the price was fair, the service impeccable. This is my second purchase and trade-in experience and was even more pleased this time than the first (the first was a Lexus trade-in and Porsche purchase, the second was a Porsche trade-in and Audi purchase). Our salesperson was Dave, who made searching for a car in my price range and style incredibly easy. Right after my test drive I decided this was the place to go! Easy way to buy a car at a reasonable price David was a very pleasant young man.He explained everything well and went over all the paperwork .He even made suggestions as to what we should do to David was a very pleasant young man.He explained everything well and went over all the paperwork .He even made suggestions as to what we should do to inform Nissan of our purchase in order to get any recall notices and to ensure we got the coverage for roadside assistance,if ever needed.I really liked their no dickering policy. The price is reasonable and that is what you pay. My only complaint dealt with a second key. I was told by the management that a second key should be available. I received no extra key at delivery. I have since emailed to ask if the key had been located but received no reply. More

An amazing experience with an amazing person. My wife and I needed a new car and were a little overwhelmed to start with. A friend suggested trying JP and we are glad we did. We were taken care of My wife and I needed a new car and were a little overwhelmed to start with. A friend suggested trying JP and we are glad we did. We were taken care of by Ken and made to feel like we were old friends. Ive been taken advantage of by car salespeople in the past and was a bit trepedatious at first but I as soon as I met Ken all worries disappeared. Not only was Ken friendly and professional but spoke to me like an old friend I hadnt seen in a long while. He explained everything to us in terms we could understand (Im not a "car person") and was not pushy like some salepeople can be. He genuinely cared and it showed. With Kens help my wife and I have found our perfect car and will be returing to see him in a few years when my wife needs a new car. Because of Ken I couldnt see myself buy a car off of anyone else.
