You must inspect used cars probably before buying Hi there, I traded-in my Ram 1500, 2017 for Ford Fusion Hybrid 2013 last Jun 2019, and here is a review of my experience there: So after looking at Hi there, I traded-in my Ram 1500, 2017 for Ford Fusion Hybrid 2013 last Jun 2019, and here is a review of my experience there: So after looking at the Fusion I’ve requested the sales person Sasha Barns to change all breaks and to have their technician to look at the engine, transmission and the electric motor. On the pick-up day, I looked at the rear breaks and it wasn’t replaced but just painted silver to hide the rust, when I asked the sales person she couldn’t tell if it was replaced or serviced but after driving the car I could hear a hessing noise from the rear breaks, I took it back to their service department they told me it’s just the electric motor noise “BS” On the second day the check-engine sign popped out I took it back to their service department and they got it fixed. After a week the radiator fan started to make a crazy noise I took it back they said don’t worry it’s not dangerous and that the car is good to drive. After my first oil change I took it to my mechanic he noticed an oil leak from Transmission and Engine Main Seal, I took back to them they’ve confirmed the leak but they told me that we are sorry we don’t have a certified hybrid car technician and that they won’t pay for any repair fees at the dealership. Now I’m stuck with this car and I can’t drive it anymore because they won’t fix it or pay for fixing it. An advise for all used cars buyers: please take the car to the dealership to have it inspected probably before buying it, it would cost you a couple of hundreds to have it probably inspected but it’s a peace of mind. More
Not such a great experience Jim Glenn was wonderful to deal with. Was patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. But once we purchased the van and brought it home, we have had nothing but trouble with the vehicle ever since. We have three young children and so giving up a vehicle for days on end for them to fix it, again, is extremely frustrating. Especially when you purchased the vehicle SO THAT this very thing wouldn't happen! We had so many things wrong with the van it was difficult to get it all looked at within the 30 days, and have now long since gone past. There is a part we are still waiting on for 5 weeks to come in, they claim they will honor the 30 days for that ... but I'm not holding out hope. The mechanics seem completely unsympathetic towards a family of 5 being without a vehicle for days on end, and although the issue we have been having began the moment we brought the van home, JP Motors is still unable to fix the problem. Overall we have been pretty disappointed with our experience, wish we could return our van and start over. More
Don't buy from JP Motors This is my second review got in my car Friday morning August 30 / 2019 turned it on gas said no gas but it was full engine light was on so I drove to This is my second review got in my car Friday morning August 30 / 2019 turned it on gas said no gas but it was full engine light was on so I drove to JP Motors walk in show room Talk to very rude older man then asked that man if Larry Pattinson was the owner but he would not reply to me then talk to a manager who is rude also he told me to just drive my car with the engine light on I said no he wouldn't give me a loaner car to use he said his wife has been driving with her engine light on for a couple of years I was so glad when another man walked over to my car and gave me his business card and said he heard everything the manager said if needed he will step forward as witness ,this whole experience has been an on going nightmare I'm a senior who is in remission I really don't need this nightmare , but I'm also someone who fights for her right away More

Worst dealership to deal with We put down a deposit for a van and 2 days later they sold it to someone else. It has now been almost 2 weeks and they have yet to give us our deposit We put down a deposit for a van and 2 days later they sold it to someone else. It has now been almost 2 weeks and they have yet to give us our deposit or ownership for our trade in back. We got a call to contact our insurance company because we got the van we wanted upon calling dealership to confirm our contact there had no idea what was going on and it took days for anyone to call is back. They are very unprofessional and I will ensure everyone I know hears about all the s rewards ups. I will never recommend this dealership. Horrible service More

Far above normal customer service Ken has gone way above and beyond the expectations of customer service. Since day one I walked into the dealership he has not pushed me into making a deal on a vehicle and has let me come to down to my pick of vehicles all by myself without any pushing. Very ontop of every question or concern I have thought of throughout this entire process and has done everything possible to make this the most comfortable and worry free deal I have ever done. Great experience I was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. I waited a few days to get my car because they wanted to make sure everything was in per I was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. I waited a few days to get my car because they wanted to make sure everything was in perfect condition and it was! My Wife also got her car from them and it is still running great.
