Overall a great experience. Liam was very patient and helpful in bringing cars around for us to test drive and seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He even came in on his day off to meet us the second time we came by. He was so great the first time we were there, we wanted to make sure he got our sale. The Financing experience was a bit clunky. I felt like the Finance manager wrote us off and was no longer interested is speaking to us or answering our questions after we decided against the extended warranty...his personality seemed to totally shift. He said he would send me a summary of finance options via email and never did. Delivery was great - prepared, friendly, and efficient upon pickup. Unfortunately the detailing we were promised was not very well done - we had specifically pointed out grass in the trunk and dirt scuffs on the inner hatch door we wanted cleaned up, and sales promised it would be perfect, but it clearly wasn't touched. It put a slight damper on my "new car" experience but not the end of the world. On my way home from pick up, I noticed a chip in the windshield. Called the next day and they were extremely helpful in connecting me with their glass partner to bring it in the same week to get it filled. That experience with the service department was seamless and friendly. Overall, would recommend, but there was room for improvement. Their selection of vehicles and pricing seems pretty good compared to others in the area. More

Be carfeul before you buy. The sales rep was friendly but didn't need to do much work. The car sold itself. I was also led to believe that I would receive a second set of keys The sales rep was friendly but didn't need to do much work. The car sold itself. I was also led to believe that I would receive a second set of keys, but did NOT. It will now cost me $300.00 + to have a second copy made. When you are on a fixed income and are working within a budget, an unexpected expense like this is most unwelcome. They also did not touch up the scratches on the car as they first agreed to do. They only provided me with the paint after weeks of waiting. Will not go back for my next car. More
