From start to finish my experience with JP Motors was great. My online inquiry was responded to promptly and an appointment to view the vehicle was setup. Even when I asked to change the time the day before, they were accommodating. My appointment was with Rich and he made my first car buying experience a breeze. I was pretty anxious going into the appointment, I’m not car savvy but Rich and Jeff were helpful every step of the way. They happily answered the questions I had, never made me feel rushed and took their time looking through their vehicle inventory to see what they had to match my needs and wants wish list. After test driving a handful of cars I knew vehicle that brought me to the lot was the one for me. Rich explained the rest of the process to me and made sure I wasn’t left with any lingering questions. I met with Connie next to go over financing and she was fantastic to deal with. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with me! Finally came delivery day and I met with Keith to pickup my new to me vehicle. Keith was a pleasure to deal with, and made sure everything was in order for me to drive away with my car. Thank you so much to everyone at JP Motors, the staff is knowledgeable, personable and they really make sure you’re feeling comfortable and confident during the entire process. Both or sales person Jim and deliveries guy Keith were friendly and helpful. We were in a rush to get our vehicle and everyone seemed to work together to get the car out the door to us.
