I was very impressed with Tony's C and the rest of the Hyundai team. Their knowledge of the sales process from when you walk in the door to getting the keys to a car was amazing. I did my homework and visited 3 dealerships around the area and from the time I walked in the door to agreeing on price was less than 30 minutes. I could tell they were serious about giving me the best price possible. I'm a 1st time Hyundai owner and the reason I chose Hyundai was for the warranty and standard features that come with the car - better than the other manufacturers comparable cars. I also chose the rustproofing, paint, interior protection, and oil changes. For me it was important to have a complete end to end solution - meaning one stop shop for purchase and ongoing support. When it came time to finalize all the paperwork, Tim presented me with all the information, explained everything I needed to know, and made it easy to understand. Being that this was my first major purchase, I was a little nervous, but Tim put me right at ease and in the end I walked away feeling like I had made the right choice. This is the closest dealer to my house. I stopped there and met Alex Lapointe, who showed me the car I was interested in. After showing me the features, I was offered a test drive. A week or so later, as I had narrowed down Hyundai as one of my top choices, Alex gave me a friendly call to see what my intentions were and to offer me an invite to a sale. I told him I wanted a 2nd test drive with my wife and child, and that I was going to take the car on the highway to see how it felt. Alex was more than accommodating. I left that day happy and decided I was purchasing. On my 3rd visit the deal was finalized and it was pleasent. Way better than my 1st car buying experience. We bought the car and it was the best thing we ever did...both Tony and Ahmad went above and beyond to help us get into our new car and we could never thank them enough. Leo was very personable and friendly. My first encounter with Marco was looking at a pre-owned 2010 Santa Fe to replace our car that was totaled in an accident. Marco took the time to understand why I was looking towards a SUV solution. After returning to the showroom, he highlighted the changes in the new redesigned 2013 Santa Fe Sport; however, at no time did he try to up sell me as I was still researching cars at that point. In the end, my wife and I decided to purchase new and went with a 2013 Santa Fe Sport. We went for a test drive in both the turbo and non-turbo versions of the vehicle. Throughout the process Marco was always friendly and pleasant to work with. I had been to another dealership during my research time and found the reception to be rather cool, the other dealer salesperson to be way to eager to "close the deal", and lacked time to understand what my needs were and what vehicle would be most suitable. I had been contacted by yet another dealer who was going to offer a good deal; however, price is not necessarily a primary factor to me, but rather it is relationship. I told Marco when we were ready to make a decision we would give him first crack at establishing a deal. Marco left it with me to contact him. The other dealer kept calling to follow up--have you made a decision yet? I really enjoyed my purchase experience with Marco and would definitely recommend him. This is my first Hyundai and although I can't comment yet about the other part of dealership (Servicing); but hope my ownership experience continues smoothly with this dealership. More
