The sales staff was great I was able to test drive the car with no pressure to purchase it just pleasant conversation. Upon purchasing a used vehicle, the sales staff was professional and curteous (the kind one would expect from a used car salesperson). Some minor work needed to be done on the front bumper in order fo professional and curteous (the kind one would expect from a used car salesperson). Some minor work needed to be done on the front bumper in order for the deal to go through- written on the bill of sale and everything. The vehicle was taken home based on the promise that the front bumper work would be done at a later date. The salesperson and the person writing up the bill of sale reassured me that the work to be done would be written on the bill of sale- and it was. A few weeks later when I called to speak with the manager to arrange a suitable date to have the work done, I was yelled at because the dealership would not be responsible for doing the work... I was told that although it was written "Fix front bumper" on the bill of sale, "it did not say WHO was going to fix the front bumper." (I was supposed to know it meant "When you take your vehicle home, make sure you fix the front bumper.") After I died of laughter, I'm taking it to small claims court. In the final analysis, save yourself some time and headache, don't deal with this dealership. From the reviews posted, it's unfortunate these guys are still around. More
