Absolutely horrendous customer service, I( Purchased a new Genesis Coupe and was delivered with bumper damage. The car had a scratch on the bumper and was shifted 1/4 in on driver side. Sales Manager/Gene new Genesis Coupe and was delivered with bumper damage. The car had a scratch on the bumper and was shifted 1/4 in on driver side. Sales Manager/General Manager Eli is condescending and every issue is the customer's fault. They didn't give me a loner car as I purchased the vehicle from out of town. They made me get my own ride home but offered to pay for my ride back to town to pick up the car after damages had been fixed. Delivering a brand new car with damage is ridiculous. The whole buying experience was terrible. BUYERS BEWARE! More

I had called this dealership about what cars they had in stock and said i would come by. When I called back to say that i had chosen another dealer and would not be coming I proceeded to be harrased on my c stock and said i would come by. When I called back to say that i had chosen another dealer and would not be coming I proceeded to be harrased on my cell phone while i was in the other dealership negotiating a price. this was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. He was incredibly pushy and was making me offers that were just not possible, there had to be a catch. when i told him AGAIN that i had made my decision to buy at another dealer he got mad and tried to guilt me into buying from him. Terrible sales tactics make this dealership a big NO for me. More
