Our financial advisor was Ahmad and after going over financing and everything involved with it including getting financing, He found the best financing. We bought the car and it was the best thing we ever did...both Tony and Ahmad went above and beyond to help us get into our new car and we could never thank them enough. My first encounter with Marco was looking at a pre-owned 2010 Santa Fe to replace our car that was totaled in an accident. Marco took the time to understand why I was looking towards a SUV solution. After returning to the showroom, he highlighted the changes in the new redesigned 2013 Santa Fe Sport; however, at no time did he try to up sell me as I was still researching cars at that point. In the end, my wife and I decided to purchase new and went with a 2013 Santa Fe Sport. We went for a test drive in both the turbo and non-turbo versions of the vehicle. Throughout the process Marco was always friendly and pleasant to work with. I had been to another dealership during my research time and found the reception to be rather cool, the other dealer salesperson to be way to eager to "close the deal", and lacked time to understand what my needs were and what vehicle would be most suitable. I had been contacted by yet another dealer who was going to offer a good deal; however, price is not necessarily a primary factor to me, but rather it is relationship. I told Marco when we were ready to make a decision we would give him first crack at establishing a deal. Marco left it with me to contact him. The other dealer kept calling to follow up--have you made a decision yet? I really enjoyed my purchase experience with Marco and would definitely recommend him. This is my first Hyundai and although I can't comment yet about the other part of dealership (Servicing); but hope my ownership experience continues smoothly with this dealership. More

Walking in, I was open minded as to what model I wanted but of course had my budget to stick to! Alex was great - straight away he showed me something that fit my needs & purpose but also suited my personality - 2013 Elantra GT. He was even able to throw in some extra features which I couldn't be more excited about - All while remaining in my budget! As overwhelming as this process can be, being my first major purchase, at no point did I ever feel uncomfortable or second guessing myself. Alex gave me the time I needed to think things through without feeling pressured and couldn't be more happy with the whole process from start to finish :) I would highly recommend doing business with him!
