We purchased a New Elantra this month and had a very positive experience with this dealership. Most of the people I dealt with were very accommodating and willing to work to keep a loyal customer. This is my 3rd Hyundai vehicle and I have been happy with every one of them. I have a couple of comments to make about the car itself... It is too bad the controls for the front seat warmers was moved from the dash to the console. I find it awkward to reach and often put it on accidently. For some reason the car seems lighter... the weight of the trunk lid seems lighter that the 2009 Sonata for some reason....perhaps because it is no longer hydraulic... It cheapens the car. Quality went down in some areas... price went up!! Maybe you would feed these comments back to Hyundai for future consideration. More

I also chose the rustproofing, paint, interior protection, and oil changes. For me it was important to have a complete end to end solution - meaning one stop shop for purchase and ongoing support. This is the closest dealer to my house. I stopped there and met Alex Lapointe, who showed me the car I was interested in. After showing me the features, I was offered a test drive. A week or so later, as I had narrowed down Hyundai as one of my top choices, Alex gave me a friendly call to see what my intentions were and to offer me an invite to a sale. I told him I wanted a 2nd test drive with my wife and child, and that I was going to take the car on the highway to see how it felt. Alex was more than accommodating.
