Gave ERIC some basic information based on price, extras and car. few hours later Eric called me back and we began a conversation which turned into a very friendly chat like we had known each other a while and car. few hours later Eric called me back and we began a conversation which turned into a very friendly chat like we had known each other a while ,which was totally different to other car purchases I had made, I was looking at 2 different dealerships and dealing with Eric over the following week it was clearer who I wanted to spend my cash with. there was no real pushing on the phone no constant barrage of phone calls it was done at a steady pace and even though he knew I was looking at other dealerships and other cars just contacted me every few days to see how things were going. after 2 weeks I had made my decision and called Eric to inform him, he was delighted and we met at the office and finished where I wanted to be with price, extras and great overall service. I did decide to go for extra protection and insurance on my vehicle which did increase payments by a year but I think it was well worth it. Nabil who did paperwork was a great bloke and not all business which when coming to nitty gritty finances usually most are too serious. well done and it was a pleasure to actually buy a car I feel confident the service side will go as smoothly has the sale More
