Although Brian can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of (as he's busy), once I did get hold of him he was very friendly in conversations and willing to correct all issues/inconsistencies I had brought to his attention. They were very knowledgeable in answering our concerns and questions, went through everything carefully and were up-front about everything too. These guys bust all the cliches about car salespeople!
