Hi Brian, I've just left you another voicemail about the issue. As mentioned in the review the brake issue I consider resolved but need to include to tell the whole story. As for the alloy rims getting all scratched likely by the air tools used to remove and fasten the lug nuts and the one lug nut that was punched out for some reason - not happy about that at all right now when we paid extra for the upgraded model less than two years ago to have the dealer mechanic scratch all four of them in the same spots!
