Terrible experience from Day 1. Was sold a car that began to leak oil after day 1. Tires had massive bulges/bubbles as well. Took over a month to find a resolution for the tires. No call backs ever, had to keep hounding for anything. Oil leak was due to over torque on the "O" ring plug that they will not take responsibility for. When I messaged in about the oil leak, I was told to take it to a BMW dealership (BMW is what I bought) as they would not take care of it. After warranty did not cover it, I had a $300 bill. Took this bill to Hyundai on Hunt as their service team was the cause of the oil leak. They told me no reimbursement as I should have taken it to them - however, they told me 5+ times to take it to a BMW and not to their dealership. xxxxxxxx.. ' Post purchase - this has been awful service. They will never call back and they avoid all issues that were caused by them. Very nice and welcoming until the cheque clears then it is down hill fast. I would avoid at all causes if you want a pleasant post-purchase experience. More

I recently sat down with Reg Pulfer at this dealership to discuss options as my first lease term was coming to an end. I asked a lot of questions and Reg was extremely helpful and patient as we discussed ove discuss options as my first lease term was coming to an end. I asked a lot of questions and Reg was extremely helpful and patient as we discussed over a two hour period. Sadly there was nothing from the current vehicle lineup that worked for my family, but I'm writing this review anyway because I feel like Reg deserves to be acknowledged for his level of service. He's the reason I'm giving a five star rating to this dealership. Bottom line: if you are in the market for a Hyundai, I can't see a reason to go anywhere other than Reg's desk. More

I'm seriously thinking of going to another service center here in Ottawa and let them only change the oil. lessons learnt: don't prepay the oil and look for another service center More

From the moment we entered the dealership our great experience began. We immediately were greeted by a representative from Hyundai head office , his name is John. He is an extremely pleasant person! John sat us down and explained the 72hour event as well as all of our options. Very customer oiented! He then introduced us to Jamie our salesman, who explained all the information necessary to help us find the right car that fit with our budget and Yes even our dreams! Very pleasant and patient. Then this led us to say yes! to our new Elantra..lava orange colour. We now were ready to "seal the deal!" with the efficient, patient, personable finance guy Nabil. Nabil took his time to explain in detail all the package options and financial information. He more than exceeded in customer service! Undisclosed Information I went to buy my first car here on February 24. I went with a Used vehicle being Sold As Is. From my understanding the proper information that I ask I went to buy my first car here on February 24. I went with a Used vehicle being Sold As Is. From my understanding the proper information that I asked for was not disclosed. The car was at 164000Km. I had asked for the vehicle history report which showed a battery change at 150k and one of the windows being changed due to a chip in the screen. I also asked about the vehicle condition and if there was any repairs that would need to be done. They informed me that the vehicle was in good condition & was fully checked out and I wouldn't encounter any problems. I recently brought it to a different mechanic and there is thousands of dollars worth of repairs that need to be done that surpassed the vehicles value. Such as a big hole in the subframe under the car loose ball joints. I was also told all the tires were winter however that was also a lie. It was 3 summer tires with 1 winter. I will be calling the store tomorrow for them to correct this and if it not corrected I will be contacting OMVIC about this. Dishonest sales and I would not recommend to buy here. My first car buying experience for my first ever car was such a bad experience.. More
Good morning... I’m sorry I haven’t sent my review earlier. You see I recently moved to the Ottawa valley and didn’t have an email address. Now that I have one and also have had a chance to put over earlier. You see I recently moved to the Ottawa valley and didn’t have an email address. Now that I have one and also have had a chance to put over 2000km on my new Venue ... it’s great! On February 6th 2020 when we entered the dealership we were cordially welcomed and after finding out what I was looking for this nice gentleman was there to serve us . He drove us to the lot where the vehicles were and was always polite and courteous! He never addressed us as “GUYS”... he referred to us as “FOLKS “ which really appealed to me. I’m a senior “lady” and I don’t look like a “guy”! We made the deal and we returned 3 days later to pickup the vehicle! We were treated like royalty! Thank you Reg!
