Undisclosed Information I went to buy my first car here on February 24. I went with a Used vehicle being Sold As Is. From my understanding the proper information that I ask I went to buy my first car here on February 24. I went with a Used vehicle being Sold As Is. From my understanding the proper information that I asked for was not disclosed. The car was at 164000Km. I had asked for the vehicle history report which showed a battery change at 150k and one of the windows being changed due to a chip in the screen. I also asked about the vehicle condition and if there was any repairs that would need to be done. They informed me that the vehicle was in good condition & was fully checked out and I wouldn't encounter any problems. I recently brought it to a different mechanic and there is thousands of dollars worth of repairs that need to be done that surpassed the vehicles value. Such as a big hole in the subframe under the car loose ball joints. I was also told all the tires were winter however that was also a lie. It was 3 summer tires with 1 winter. I will be calling the store tomorrow for them to correct this and if it not corrected I will be contacting OMVIC about this. Dishonest sales and I would not recommend to buy here. Now that I have one and also have had a chance to put over 2000km on my new Venue ... it’s great! On February 6th 2020 when we entered the dealership we were cordially welcomed and after finding out what I was looking for this nice gentleman was there to serve us . He drove us to the lot where the vehicles were and was always polite and courteous! He never addressed us as “GUYS”... he referred to us as “FOLKS “ which really appealed to me. I’m a senior “lady” and I don’t look like a “guy”! We made the deal and we returned 3 days later to pickup the vehicle! We were treated like royalty! Thank you Reg! Bait and Switch Had seen a 2019 with low km listed on dealership and Auto Trader sites. Made an appointment to test drive the next day. While driving the SUV, I noticed the number of kilometres were double to that advertised. The salesman then tells me they sold the car I was interested in last week. They gave me the same make/model to test drive without informing me. The salesman said it had the same Nissan warranty of 60000km/3 years when I explained to him that there was a significant difference in balance of warranty between the (roughly) 17000km vehicle I went to see and the 44000km vehicle I was shown. The Salesman was also late for the appointment. More
They forgot I was there and I was trapped at the dealership for two hours after they closed. I had to call the police to be let out. I was told that a few months from now I would be given a hat or s dealership for two hours after they closed. I had to call the police to be let out. The sales rep told me the first four payments would be taken care of, but when it came time to sign the contracts they said I rejected the four payments which I did not. Told them my budget was 18k and they went straight to 30k. Weeks went by between phone calls, they never called me back and I had to chase after them. Requests were ignored, answers changed constantly. For $30,000 I got fast food level service. I absolutely could not refer people to this business. More

Bought a used Santa Fe from here on initial test drive noticed vehicle had an oil leak. So I mentioned it and was told it would be fixed on delivery. Day of delivery I get a call that the vehicle isn’t re noticed vehicle had an oil leak. So I mentioned it and was told it would be fixed on delivery. Day of delivery I get a call that the vehicle isn’t ready. I had to wait 4 more days to pick it up. On pickup the car wasn’t even cleaned properly and I had to return to get it recleaned which was just as bad. 2 days after pick up I noticed that the leak was still there even though they said they fixed it. As it was still in warranty I returned 6 times to get it fixed and it still wasn’t in the end I took it to another shop and had it repaired. Also in the ad it said it came with winter tires so when we go to pick it up I mentioned that there’s no winter tires to which they said that there was a mistake in the ad. When I showed them the OMVIC page saying that this would have had to have been told to me before I signed they got rude and tried to tell me I was wrong I had to go to the sales manager before anything was done and they finally gave me tires. Needless to say when I go to buy my next car it will not be from here More
