Being a first time car buyer I was filled with many questions and admittedly uncertainties. Upon entering the dealership I was promptly greeted by Atheer Noman. Instead of potentially preying on my being naive Mr. Noman listened intently to what I was looking for, the vehicle needs of my family, and my budget. His patience was outstanding! Never did I feel sales pressure. Mr. Noman's product knowledge is impressive as is his customer service which he genuinely understands the importance of. Upon the car delivery Mr. Noman took the time to go over the cars features which was greatly appreciated. The dedication of Mr. Noman made this car purchase a pleasure and his attitude as well as his capabilities surely place him well above others with comparable experience. His willingness and sincerity with which he deals with potential customers demonstrates outstanding professional stature. Highly recommended! More

The price he was able to give us was amazing, we even compared it to another Hyundai dealer we visited and he completely blew them out the water. Suffice to say we had a deal. Upon delivery, he was not happy with the detailing of the vehicle. He promptly brought someone over to go over it and on top of that threw in a free detailing upon our first services. We were very impressed with Alex and the business manager Tim accommodating us. Couldn’t be happier. More

He helped us explore the various models, guided us on a test drive of an Elantra, explaining all its virtues with an infectious enthusiasm, then sat down with us to discuss the possibility of a sale (which we hadn't seriously contemplated when we arrived). He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and we felt comfortable working with him. When we got to detailed financial issues, he was well supported by Sales Manager, Eli Nassrallah, with whom we were able to work through various pricing and payment options and discounts to the point we felt sufficiently well cared for and fairly treated that we decided to buy an Elantra within an hour of wandering in the door. We were told our chosen vehicle (which wasn't in Ottawa) would be available within a month and before the week was out we were called in to pick it up. Vincent worked through all the bells and whistles with us, introduced us to the service managers and sent us on our way as very satisfied customers. More

My father and I arrived at Hyundai Hunt Club with no expectations, just to browse. Little did I know I would walk out with the purchase of my very first car. This was because of Tony. We felt like Tony was on our side as a customer, fielding all the questions we had, no matter how absurd at times. My father did not make the appointment easy for Tony, but he went above and beyond and we were able to have some laughs and make a great deal on my first car. I do not believe things would have turned out as well if we did not have Tony as our Sales Associate. If you go to Hyundai on Hunt Club, even just to have a look around, ask for Tony Nehme, you wont be disappointed. More

Atheer showed complete professionalism in each step of buying this car. He explained everything in great detail. He was very knowledgeably about all aspects of the car we eventually purchased. Even after we had purchased the car he spent a good half hour explaining all the bells and whistles. This has never been done for me in the pass, and I got to tell you , It was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Atheer to any of my friends. In fact we already have. We were also impressed with the credit being approved so quickly.
