On my first visit to Hyundai on Hunt Club I was greeted by salesman Marco Floccari. He was friendly and polite, and asked how he may assist me. He presented me with a brochure of the vehicle I was interested in and proceeded to go through the different packages available which would interest me, based on my budget and type of options I was looking for. He also explained the different promotions which were currently available including financing terms, etc. After about 30 minutes, I thanked him for his time and that I was still looking at different manufacturers and that I was not ready to make a purchase. Marco returned the gesture with respect and presented me his card and told me I can contact him at any time if I had any questions. About six weeks later and several visits to other dealers for a similar vehicles, I decided to go back and see Marco and ask to test drive the car I wanted as a final step in making my purchase. Thankfully the vehicle I wanted including the colour was in stock and I returned two days later to close the deal. I can truly say may experience at Hyundai on Hunt Club and especially Marco was great! As a salesman, Marco was always friendly, respectful, and most important, honest. When discussing the vehicle we wanted to buy, I remember being struck by how straightforward Tran was. He explained that there might be rebates the dealership could offer, but that it would depend on what funds were leftover. When we offered a price, he never said “no” and made several trips to check on our behalf as to what arrangement we could make. This patience and flexibility on his part to keep negotiating on our behalf was key to our willingness to buy. The price by the way was really competitive so hats off to Tran for working in our corner on that. In the lead-up to our car purchase, we had to make a few changes and do some rescheduling. Tran proved invaluable in this respect as well. He was very patient with the changes, and took everything in stride. When we had questions, if he didn't know the answer, he worked hard to get an answer for us as soon as possible. As he said, “it's my job to take care of you”. When we picked up our vehicle, Tran spent a hour or so showing us the car, and walking us through how to use the new car features. As usual, he was very pleasant, funny and patient in going through everything step-by-step. He also committed to supporting us in the future if we had any other questions or needed help with the car features. We will definitely refer our friends and family to Tran. He is dedicated to his clients and very professional in his work. He is a great asset to Hyundai on Hunt Club. More

My husband and I had been debating about getting a new car as our Corolla was 9 years old, but still running and looking like new. I had printed off a coupon from Hyuundai on Hunt Club's website and the next day, Alex Lapointe had reached out to us. We made arrangements to meet at the Dilawri Group event that was going on at the Nepean Sportsplex on Friday, the 13th. Definitely no bad luck that day! Having already driven the Sonata Hybrid as a rental, we already knew what we wanted. Alex did an amazing job with getting us the colour we wanted, as well as accessories, a fair trade in value and a fabulous purchase price as we were doing a cash purchase. Not once did we feel pressured or felt like we were in a "cat and mouse" game as can happen with some car salesmen. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had. Nabil Salem did a wonderful job with all the paperwork and the actual purchase and was so friendly. The day we picked up the car, Alex showed us everything about the vehicle and set up my cell phone for blue tooth and introduced us to the service department.
