Hyundai on Hunt Club

Once the car has been purchased and they have our money, they want nothing to do with us ! Everyone was oozing with politeness when we were trying to make our buying decision but when we had to take it in f they want nothing to do with us ! Everyone was oozing with politeness when we were trying to make our buying decision but when we had to take it in for service, it is not the same. We had very poor service when we needed to drop off our car for repairs and in dealing with their shuttle service. They were confused that we were scheduled for a trip on their shuttle, their pick up time after our work day was delayed by more than an hour (waiting for them in downtown Ottawa when they are still picking up in Hull, Qc). When we complained about this - they never replied. When we reminded them about our emails and complaint, they made petty excuses. They don't take responsibility for their actions nor have any understanding of customer service / satisfaction. We even took our complaint to the service manager - and almost 1 month later, not even the acknowledgment that he has received our email !!! We tried Hyundai for the first time and it will definitely be our last. We don't care what they are #1 in - I will not spend more than $30,000 and be treated like dirt !!! Tip to all - stay away from this place. More

I made the first visit on my own just to see what an Elantra looked like. Eric was pleasant and helpful and didn't act as if I was wasting his time. When I returned a few days later with my husband, Eri Elantra looked like. Eric was pleasant and helpful and didn't act as if I was wasting his time. When I returned a few days later with my husband, Eric made sure to include me when we got down to serious discussion; in the past at other dealerships, I've been ignored because I'm a woman with little knowledge of car parts and functions. Eric walked us through all the features of the car twice and responded to my questions clearly; he even pointed out items of more interest to me, e.g. the sunroof has UV protection so that I shouldn't worry about getting a sunburn. Eric and later Johnny made the process as painless as possible and I'm sure we got a good deal on our purchase. More
