I made the first visit on my own just to see what an Elantra looked like. Eric was pleasant and helpful and didn't act as if I was wasting his time. Eric walked us through all the features of the car twice and responded to my questions clearly; he even pointed out items of more interest to me, e.g. the sunroof has UV protection so that I shouldn't worry about getting a sunburn.
