Hyundai on Hunt Club

If I could give them a zero I would. They can't even fix a brake light, literally! My own mechanic had to fix it after Hyundai tried twice & failed (& charged me by the way). I'm supposed to get free oil changes for the entire time I own the vehicle. Twice they tried to bill me, with no luck. Today's oil change took 6 & a half hours!! I dropped it off at 10am & got it back at 430pm!! Every trip is a nightmare. They're ignorant, pushy & they always try & justify their incompetence. Today I tried to order a blower motor to buy (not install). They told me 2 to 3 months before I'll get one. I called another Hyundai dealership. The blower motor will be here in 7 to 10 days. Honestly, how are these people still in business!?! Absolutely the worst service!!!! More

Recently purchased a new Palisade and traded in my Santa Fe that I had purchased there. After asking me the minimum I would accept for my car, which was $18000, the sales manager Eric wrote the contract up Fe that I had purchased there. After asking me the minimum I would accept for my car, which was $18000, the sales manager Eric wrote the contract up for $16000, claiming that my minimum of $18000 of course included the tax benefit which it did not. Could have walked but was just too tired to start again somewhere else. At 75, this experience was more than I could take. Didn’t expect outright dishonesty like this. Never again will I deal with this place. More

I have to say this is the beginning of my bad review. I have called many times to find out why my girlfriends car has been in their shoo with a dead engine. I get no return calls nothing !
