Avoid Hyundai on Hunt Club at all cost. We bought a used car from them that had supposedly been inspected and in really good shape. I asked a quote for tire swap for the winter. I have been told it would cost $49.95. When I picked up my car, the bill is more than it was quoted. The company charges me extra consumables $2,65 a I have been told it would cost $49.95. When I picked up my car, the bill is more than it was quoted. The company charges me extra consumables $2,65 and hygiene $4.68, a total of $7.33 extra before the tax. I was so supprised. I was reconfirmed by the staff who took my car in for the cost of $49.95. At the time she did not mention any of these additional charges. To me, it is not about the money, it is the trust and the integrity of the company. It is dishonest when they treat their customers like this. A huge disappointment!!! More

This dealership continues to be a huge disappointment when it comes the their service department. Most staff are extremely rude and treat long time customers like garbage. I'm supposed to get free oil changes for the entire time I own the vehicle. Twice they tried to bill me, with no luck. Today's oil change took 6 & a half hours!! I dropped it off at 10am & got it back at 430pm!! Every trip is a nightmare. They're ignorant, pushy & they always try & justify their incompetence. Today I tried to order a blower motor to buy (not install). They told me 2 to 3 months before I'll get one. I called another Hyundai dealership. The blower motor will be here in 7 to 10 days. Honestly, how are these people still in business!?! Absolutely the worst service!!!! More
