I am now looking for a new mechanic even though i prefer to deal with a dealership. Terrible customer service! Calls not returned, asked to come in twice to confirm part needed then no one knows anything an to deal with a dealership. Terrible customer service! After 7 calls, 2 useless trips to dealership, finally contacted and they cant bother to fit me in for a 15 minute job till a week and a half later. How unprofessional. More
