Eli, I am now of the opinion that my relationship with Hunt Club Hyundai or Bank Street Hyundai are beyond repair. Your service manager has threatened to not put my car back together if I did not commit to paying for the repair if it wasn't warrantied. This is for an item that I have been complaining about since the 10K km mark. Last time I was at Bank St. they tried to charge me for the diagnostic work after telling me that they had authorized free diagnostic work when I dropped the car off. I had to bring my car in over five times to have something as simple as the radio fixed, the technicians would say every single time that that it was now fixed. I would drive for two minutes and return to report that it was in fact not fixed. I will be the first to admit that I am a difficult customer to deal with, I have high expectations and believe that my business should be valued and my concerns addressed the first time I drop the car off. If they cannot fix it, I am happy to return, but to tell me it's fixed, or to take my car in and call me at 4PM to say they didn't have time to look at it is completely unacceptable. I'm not sure there is any way that my opinion of Hyundai will be changed. I have several free oil changes that I purchased with the car, that I am now too afraid to use at the dealerships given the contentiousness of the relationship. I look forward to your comments, but am pessimistic that anything will come of it. Thank you.

As a follow up. The service at Hunt Club had a solution for the issue I had been reporting. The service at Bank Street stated that there is no way that that would have fixed the issue. Not sure who's right, but I am of the opinion that this presents a huge issue!!!!
