Awful service by a totally inept anti-service department Hyundai on hunt club has without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Once they have your money they could care less about the customer. The service department is unbelievably slow, if you book an appointment for an oil change be prepared to wait minumum an hour and sometimes two before your oil is changed (what is the point of having an appointment?) While you are there also be prepared for them to upsell you on expensive things you do not need. If I could go back in time I would avoid this place like the plague. I do not recommend buying a pre paid oil package unless you like waiting 2 hours for a simple oil change. I do not trust them to even do my oil properly so any other service work is out of the question. They seem to cycle through service managers pretty quickly but without any improvement. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More

Another great purchase This was the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased from this same dealership. All three times we dealt with the same sales rep, Eric (whom we as This was the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased from this same dealership. All three times we dealt with the same sales rep, Eric (whom we asked for by name after working with him the first time). After being to other dealerships, we found the experience here to be the best. We always feel welcome and actually have a good time when there. We feel at ease and have no trouble working out a deal every time. We have told family and friends to go here for their next cars and have had some end up purchasing from this dealership as well. Was giving up hope when I visited the Hunt Club Hyundai dealer. What a Pleasant experience from the get go. Tony (Sale rep) was So reassuring and encouraging. Promised me he'd find something and true to his word I got a call later that day. Within 24 hrs. the deal was virtually sealed; exceeded my expectations. The Business Manager, Ahmed was equally welcoming and helpful and made the purchase experience stress free....just what I needed after a few frustrating wks of searching. Would Gladly recommend this dealer to anyone!! More

No customer service what so ever, very rude. Went to this dealership to buy a santa fe xl. Once we signed on the dotted line and paid our deposit, it was like we didn't exist anymore. We were told it would take 4 weeks for car to arrive (maybe 6, but it never takes 6 they said), well it took over 7 weeks, and during that time we had no info from them. We called and left messages, no return calls, we went in to the showroom, and were told the eta kept moving. The worst though was when they finally said the car was in on a Friday morning, we went in to finalize paper work, and were told we could pick up the car the following week, because they had to install the bug deflector and cross rails, which THEY DIDN'T HAVE IN STOCK, after almost 8 weeks!! When we inquired about their complete lack of service and asked what they could do to make it up to us we were insulted, then the supposed director of sales (that's a joke) jesse della vefova, came in, refused to talk about our concerns, told me I had no right to talk about customer issues, well that was it, I asked for my deposit back, and was then told to "Get out of his dealership". So sale lost to them, and Hyundai had lost as many people as I can influence into not buying them, at least do not go to this dealership, they just don't care about customers. More

When we got the car home, after 121 point inspection, there was a pronounced clicking from the front right brake, took it in and the car needed new brakepads, both sides! Missed a morning of work I did not anticipate. However, the brake job was done free of charge, and I really liked the service department, no questions asked. However it did make me question the 121 point inspection, and the term "certified". Also, it cost me $150 or so to get an extra key fob, including programming, as previous owner turned in only one, so to me this raised the purchase price of the car. So, I am wary of this car purchase, and am keeping fingers crossed. Eric was great, friendly and helpful, I found his manager who had to sign of on the deal, was exasperated with me, and a bit overbearing and patronizing unfortunately. More
