We wanted to do our research .Chris was very informed on the vehicle we were in We first visited the dealer a few months before we actually purchased. We wanted to do our research .Chris was very informed on the vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions and I think if there was one he couldn't answer ,he was quite willing to find the answer for us. Although he knew we were not buying that day we appreciated his gentle persuasion. Over the next few weeks he kept us updated with info and specials. His willingness to keep us informed and answer our questions for a few weeks lead us back to him for our purchase. Terrible Service If you plan to shop at this dealership, make sure you pull up an extra chair when you get to the office. You're gonna need it for all the hidden fees and surprises that they are going to place on you. A great deal is what they will offer you- you can feel free to shop around...no one will be able to beat it. Trouble is, the deal is just a con to get you in the door. Once you get back and have invested hours of your time, the real numbers will come through and it sure won't be what you expected. Walking in this place is like swimming in a shark tank at feeding time, except sharks are far more logical and considerate. I highly recommend you keep your time, and money for another dealership! More

Don't be fooled - they are not good people I drove 45 minutes from the Kemptville area to come see one of their used vehicle for a possible trade-in. The appt was made well over 24 hours in adv I drove 45 minutes from the Kemptville area to come see one of their used vehicle for a possible trade-in. The appt was made well over 24 hours in advance with Tony. We get there and are greeted by Tony, but instead of taking me to the car, the first thing he wants to do is get me to test drive. He's running around like a chicken with his head cut off and my wife and I are kinda looking at each other and thinking, what's going on? Anyway, I manage to catch him before he heads outside with the plates and tell him that our car (for the trade-in) is "right there". He nods but has no interest in seeing the car yet. I also ask him if he has a ballpark figure for my vehicle. He responds he doesn't know and "they" will figure it out. Strike one - wrong answer. Tony, you had all this time and you can't even give me an idea of a trade-in value? He leaves us in the show room. After a while I peek out the window to see what he's doing and I see that they are boosting the car so I walk outside and jokingly said "battery is dead already" and both Tony and the mechanics are saying "no, no, it's just that the car has been sitting there idle for a while." So I asked, how long they've had the car on the lot and Tony responds, 3 weeks. Ok, in my book, when a car sits idle for only 3 weeks in the middle of the Summer, there is no reason why it should not start. Furthermore, obviously, the car was not even ready for me to take it for a spin. Strike two - wrong answers. Tony, again, you had more than enough time to ensure this car was ready. So, while I'm outside checking the car (no thanks to Tony), I see the car has some major cosmetic damage to the side (as if someone had rubbed the whole side of the car on a ciment post (several deep about 3 feet long dents and scratches). Their advertising post stated "MINT, MINT, MINT|. Hmmm, I don't think so. Oh, and I also saw some bubbling under the paint on several places... That's me taking 2 minutes inspecting the car - I did not even bother looking inside. At any rate, strike three - your out. So I thanked Tony for time, but that this won't do. He asks me why? So I told him that it's a "gut feel". But I really wanted to say was, "you did a poor job as selling me this car, you did not give a hoot about us when we arrived, I don't trust you and your car is looking more like a lemon than a MINT, so I will keep my current car, which is in an A-1 condition."He just nodded and walked away. Not even a "sorry to hear that and sorry you had to drive all this way". Thanks for wasting my time Tony. Will I recommend you and your dealership? Certainly not. More

I was told that the complaint I've had since the 20K km mark might be chargeable (not sure how this could be the case), but that if I didn't agree in advance to pay that the car would not be reassembled.
