Dear Sir We all know the real reason the deal was cancelled on our end was because you were rude and talked down to every employee that had the unfortunate task of having to put up with such a condescending attitude from you and your wife. You even refused to shake hands with the director of sales that you had not even met yet. You kept talking about professionalism but what kind of was is that to start a relationship with someone coming to try and fix your issues. You accomplished nothing but embarrassing yourself and your wife with your behavior when leaving our showroom and now you are twisting the story to leave out all the parts where you both were talking down the staff and trying to get anything for free because you waited more then six weeks for your car. You and countless other customers were made aware of the delays in shipping but you were the only ones to react in such a way. In the end you cost yourself a great deal at dealer invoice pricing which will not happen again this year and 0% financing. The best deal I have seen since starting at Hyundai 8 years ago. It is really a shame but hopefully this will change the way you treat people in the future because you were really rude and condescending to our entire staff (sales rep, finance manager, general manager, director of sales) which is why we no longer wanted your business.
