My parents have been so pleased and comfortable with their experience that they highly recommended I go to them for my new car. Eric Almeida was very helpful, informative, and patient in dealing with me when I needed some time to think about my big choice. What I really appreciate about him and his staff is that they are friendly, warm, and they don't push you. I love my new Accent SE. Its beautiful, rides smoothly, and is perfect for my needs now. Great experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking into getting a car. Thanks!! More

Vince is a very knowledgeable salesman and can actually sell you snow even in winter :). He is very friendly and he is so much fun to work with. He took his time to explain all the various hi-tech options built in the model. Nabil Rocks!!! He is very kind and totally pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond our expectations. Very Poor Experience My experience with this dealership was not very good. My salesman was very nice but I was very disappointed with the service. My pickup date was delayed three times, the detailing job was extremely poor, I had to take it to an outside vendor to have it cleaned properly at the dealer's expense thankfully but it was more time I had to give up and be without a vehicle for half a day. In the process of your service dept trying to fix a rubber piece they got glue on the paint job and didn't remove it and I still have to go back to have that piece replace as it couldn't be glued down so again more time I have to give up. Overall not impressed with my experience! More

Incorrectly told me a service was covered under my warranty. On May 14, 2015, I brought my 2012 Hyundai Accent in for a standard fluid servicing, which is covered under my warranty. The sales representative who On May 14, 2015, I brought my 2012 Hyundai Accent in for a standard fluid servicing, which is covered under my warranty. The sales representative who I spoke with (I don’t recall his name, but on the invoice it says the advisor was Shawn White) looked at his computer and expressed incredulity that our car has not received a brake servicing at 24,000km and pointed out that we were quickly approaching the deadline for our next break servicing. I asked if this was covered under my warranty and he said yes. When I came to pick my car up, the representative that I had originally dealt with was not there, so I dealt with April. She presented me with an invoice for $439.78 ($219.95 for a break cleaning and $169.24 for fuel injection service). I told her that I was under the impression that the work being done was covered under my warranty. She said that the oil change was but the break cleaning/fuel injection was not. I can certainly appreciate encouraging service sales staff to ‘up-sell’, however I think in this instance the move was shortsighted. The Accent is an entry-level car and we are a young family who will most certainly need to upgrade to something larger in the future. In the interest of making $439, Hyundai on Hunt Club’s service staff has risked alienating us from considering the Dilawri Group for our future automotive needs. I have since contacted the dealership to no avail. A week later I filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they have yet to address it. The only contact I have had from the dealership since then has been an ‘exciting’ offer about their new trade-in deals. More

I wasn’t expecting to buy a car when I visited the dealership because I just wanted to get some information. However, Adam Fata made me feel comfortable and he informed me well on the car I was thinking of buying. I did not feel pressured and he was available to answer my questions throughout the whole process. I couldn’t have landed on a better sales consultant for my first big purchase of life. I left that day confident and excited to drive my new car. So far my 2015 Elantra has exceeded my expectations and I could say the same about the service at Hyundai on Hunt Club. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone looking to buy a car. Big thanks to Adam Fata and the rest of the team for their excellent service! More
