Absolutely horrible and dishonest customer service I had one of worst experiences in dealing with a car dealership with this dealership today. As a person who had bought the same brand of car from othe I had one of worst experiences in dealing with a car dealership with this dealership today. As a person who had bought the same brand of car from other dealerships, I expected no less quality of service this time but I was wrong. There was a quick welcome presentation and by a manager who introduced us to a sales agent who tried his best to make us feel comfortable while going through filling up forms on the computer which rebooted multiple times to the point of annoying but that was nothing important. The problem started when they started preparing the "numbers" for us after assuring us that they had a special event going on at that moment and made us sit at different desks and give away all personal information to get a so called "rebate code" which turned out to be nothing but hot air. After spending over an hour siting and talking at this and that desk we also got to talk to the sales manager named Eli who apparently was in charge of setting the final numbers for any sales. Their website tells the visitors to get a thousand dollar coupon but when you go there and even sit at their "special event" desk to get a so called "rebate code", their numbers dos not include any rebate whatsoever. Lies? Absolutely! But They show you a bigger number and say that was the prices before. At the same time, while giving bloated numbers for their own car, they appraise your car in much lower price. For example, my Hyundai Santa fe of year 2009 was appraised at $3000 while other places put it at over $6000 just a couple of moths ago. Again, that is nothing compare to attitude of the sales manager. The guy who seemed to have no understanding of customer service started a confrontational behavior as soon as he realized I do not agree with his numbers and showed no interest in hearing anything I had to say while saying he was trying to have a positive attitude. At the end (after causing frustration and wasting of time) he just agreed to knock off a $1000 of the price that was listed which according to their website should have been done in the beginning. The kind of customer that we received from this sales manager was beyond terrible whoever he is. They initially tried to hide the amount of interest by just providing a figure for monthly payment (for financing) but after insisting it became clear that the interest rate was 7 percent. After more talks he agreed to consider less interest if my credit was good enough (which he didn't seem to agree without running any credit check). I have dealt with different dealerships over the years and must say again, I have never seen anything worse than this. Absolutely terrible customer service by a sales manager. My search found that Hyundai Kona is ranked No. 1 subcompact SUV by American News in 2018: website: https://cars.usnews.com/cars-trucks/rankings/subcompact-suvs. It far surpasses HONDA HRV and Mazda CX-3. I had a good conversation with Mr. Koder Abdul. He knows what I like and provide me very professional services. Whole process only takes about 1 hour. Two days later, all documents and licence plate are ready. I drove new car to go home. I would take this opportunity to thanks them for their professional services and trusted information. Damaged Vehicle Purchased a new 2018 vehicle and vehicle was covered in dents and scratches. When picking it up, car was not clean, therefore I couldn’t see the dents. Trunk has atleast nine dents. Dealership saying this is due to hail damage. The only compensation offered was a detail of the vehicle (however, vehicle is brand new and doesn’t require any detailing). Spoke to Eric on the phone and he told me “you think if you spent $28,000 on a vehicle that you would have checked it over more thouroughly prior to taking it off the lot”. I didn’t think I would have to go over a brand new vehicle with a “uv light”, as I expected that a dealership would not sell someone a vehicle that is covered in dents and also scratches. More

Right on top customer service was excellent, always asking if I’ve been helped, needed something to drink and etc. My sales person Juan aka jj was over the top excellent. Definitely connected on a personal level especially with my mother being with me! He’s speaks Spanish so that was a plus. Definitely catered to our needs and told us everything straight up. Really appreciated! Overall everyone there, to the experience and to my new car was phenomenal ! If your looking for a dealership that’s willing to take care of you go here :) More

Well I got a car and I don't know about Dilawri, but I managed to get a pretty decent deal. A new car, financed over 8 years to my liking at a price that was actually quite reasonable. Yea I wish I got more perks on my premium Tucson but so far so good. Overall my experience was great, of course I got lost in the numbers game at first but it made sense at the end. Great customer service, a solid team of employees throughout and Shoutout Navaid and Zarjan for coming through with deals and of course the GM Eli Nassrallah, he managed to make this right at the end as we closed the deal, with added perks to make the experience 10/10. I recommend my friends and family to check out this place and would recommend readers here to do the same. Go with an open mind, discuss the numerous options, Ask questions. The team will come through for you! More

They played a very dirty game with numbers to confuse the customer. Beware of the Finance guy, he will push so many packages on you and is not an honest man what so ever. When I called him after I reviewed the numbers and told him why the deal in front of me is not the deal I agreed to, he started throwing random numbers to make it justified. General manager told me i cannot do anything until i drove it by myself and he keep on telling me it's under safety according to his mechanic. I thought he is gonna be the person who will help me out but instead he told me that you have to come back and he cannot assure me he will change it or not.i told him then what's the point of coming back when you guys cannot assure me you will definitely change it because it still makes a lot of sound.i just asked from them i will come next week and take an off but i expect you guys to reimburse my gas.He told me that it's not his problem that you live in toronto and he will not pay for anything.Being a general manager he told me that i am being patient with you.I just asked him the same question when you guys can't assure me anything how could i come and he lost his patience. Instead of finding a solution he told me when i find a solution i should call him back. I should have bought the car from toronto but one of friends used to work for that dealership and he recommended me. so i have decided i will get it fixed in toronto and i will pay for it. To be honest i will never recommend anyone to go to Dilawri Hyundai dealership on hunt club to buy used cars because they put cheap stuff to just pass the safety. More
