Just before signing the deal the dealership went back on the price it was offering for my trade-in, and tried some high press My experience was awful. Just before signing the deal the dealership went back on the price it was offering for my trade-in, and tried some high pressure sales "upgrades" that were supposed to be already included in the price. The service department is always trying to pressure clients to get their "required maintenance done", even though if you ask them to show you these "required" services in the manual or the warranty, they will eventually admit they are only DEALERSHIP RECOMMENDED services. You may ask "Why buy there then" and my answer is because I am stupid. Don't you be. More

A total waste of time I made an appointment to see a specific car they had advertised on their site. When I got there I was directed to a sales' agent who had previously c I made an appointment to see a specific car they had advertised on their site. When I got there I was directed to a sales' agent who had previously called me, Jamie. He spent half an hour looking at the inventory on the site. When I asked to see the car I had mentioned, he said it was already sold. This was only an hour after he called to make the appointment. I asked to see any of the other 5 used car I was interested in but he could not find the keys, or they were unsafe to drive. Definitely a bait and switch tactic. I drove an hour to get there and waited an hour to find out none of the cars I was interested in actually existed. More
