Above and Beyond I visited the dealership recently as I am thinking of getting my self a nice car. He was highly recommended for his knowledge of cars and his exemplary customer service. I can't say enough about Reg. He was outstanding, no pressure and no attempts at manipulative ploys. He was quite accommodating and he made the experience more like buddies while maintaining his professionalism. I was very comfortable and I trusted him completely. He helped us to make a great choice, including making a decision on the color. I will be recommending the service of Reg to my friends and colleagues. They act with their customers as if they are idiots. We bought a car from here and I found out after I paid the money for the car that one of the keyless remotes was not for the car, it was somehow switc We bought a car from here and I found out after I paid the money for the car that one of the keyless remotes was not for the car, it was somehow switched and during the test drive I thought it was with two keys, the salesman and and the used car manager promised that they will provide me with a second key, it has been 2 weeks and I have sent multiple emails and texts to salesman about the issue and he doesn’t reply back, they just took my money and they don’t care about their customers afterwards, and they act with their customers as if they are idiots, it isn’t about the $300 or $400 I need to pay for the second key, it is about the promises they give to their customers that they can’t keep. How can customers trust their services in the future. I don’t recommend this dealership whatsoever. More

Fantastic Service from Ray Pulfer Ray was a fantastic guy to buy a first dealer bought car off of. He explained everything to us two or three times, if necessary. Engine under warranty I bought a 2014 Elantra from Hyundai On Hunt Club by Dilawri in Ottawa, Ontario. I'm still making payments every two weeks. Back in January 2018 I not I bought a 2014 Elantra from Hyundai On Hunt Club by Dilawri in Ottawa, Ontario. I'm still making payments every two weeks. Back in January 2018 I noticed my engine was making knocking sounds. I brought it in and they said I needed a new engine and it would be covered under warranty. So every month or so I would call and the service reps would say that I was on the list and they would call me when the engine came in. September rolled around and I decided to call and speak with the service manager. Mike goes on to tell me he's the new service manager and he would look into it right away. Shortly after I was told that the previous service manager didn't submit the paperwork to get the engine ordered. Since then I've spoken to the dealership manager who gave little sympathy and to be honest he sounded like he couldn't care less. He also told me that there were lots of other people that had the same thing happen to them. What did the he say he would do to make things right? Well absolutely nothing. I've called the new service manager at least three times since October and he's returned one call. I emailed him asking for an update, a few days later he responds with I will run a report. Haven't heard from the guy since and it's been a week. I also sent him another email asking if I was going to get an answer, still no reply. Hyundai Canada is just as bad because when I contacted them and told them the story all they said was they would get the dealership to contact me. Hunt Club Hyundai you have garbage customer service. Hyundai Canada you supply xxxx vehicles and your warranty is a joke. Needless to say at this point, but I'm furious! More

10 out of 10 Experience! I was in the market for buying my first car and came to the dealership so I could get some information on the mechanics of Hyundai in general. I spoke I was in the market for buying my first car and came to the dealership so I could get some information on the mechanics of Hyundai in general. I spoke with the mechanical staff and they answered my questions nicely. I then went to the sales section and found Reg. He made my experience wonderful! He showed me all the options for the used cars section and made sure to help me with my research on each car that was available within my price range. He never once pressured me into anything but rather reassured me to take my time and think about the car in general and what I wanted my first one to be! I ended up purchasing a used Hyundai Elantra and it was a great first purchase! Thank you Reg for helping me out and taking the time to come into work even during your non work hours. It really made my experience 10 out of 10! More
