There is definitely a problem here. Perhaps it's communication? I purchased a juke and could not get the colour I wanted after a 3 week wait and promise. Then my first service call was booked at the communication? I purchased a juke and could not get the colour I wanted after a 3 week wait and promise. Then my first service call was booked at the wrong time(long wait) my second service appointment was a nightmare. I was told I don't live in the "real world" according to Ryan the service advisor who claimed to be the service manager on the phone. I was told before hand my appointment would be 1 hour max then I get there and it's 2hours, so I had to leave cause I would not make it to work. They have no idea the stress and effort it took me to get there with my tires, I live in Perth. Ryan seemed not to care..... Oh well last visit I make! Go to Dilarwi people the service is wayyyyyyyyy better! More

Everytime I called or sent emails, he responded within minutes. He's very polite and honest and I would absolutely recommend him to all of you. Thank you again Justin for making my purchase a great experience...cheers!! Rene Gauthier More
Not a great experience. It started out great and friendly with Gervais, who introduced us to Lee (our first sales guy). He was a little not knowledgeable about the car. We caught him a couple of times saying with Gervais, who introduced us to Lee (our first sales guy). He was a little not knowledgeable about the car. We caught him a couple of times saying something while in reality it would not be on our car (perhaps to make things better than they are?). Their pricing is way higher than other dealers are willing to go. Perhaps they have too many guys in suits running around that the costumer needs to pay for at the end. We asked for the famous bottom price and to include 3 accessoiries in the price (mind you: for free!) He went to the manager (Curtis, formerly mentioned in another review to be a great guy) and came back with the pricing: our salesguy told us that they threw in the access for free. The numberd did not add up! So they had to change Lee for another "senior guy" (turned out that he was onky working at the branch for 11 months). He wanted to sound like the professional dude who want to seal the deal. It turned out that they padded the invoice with 1500 dollars! When we pointed that out he again went back to figure out "what went wrong" in the calculations... It turned out to be the accessoiries which were included in the price (at a high price) while they gave us the impression that they were for free!!!!! Going back and forth, ended up with a 1000 dollars different from the competition where we bought our car. My recommendation: do negotions on the phone, give them a take it or leave it price and call as many dealers as you can. When you go there they try to pressure you by confusing you, tiring you, and deceiving you. (Carcostcansda.ca is a MUST in negotiations). More
Bought a used Honda civic 40 days later needed new engine. Went back to dealer who had been so happy to sell us the car. Their mechanic was skeptical about it needing an engine, but 1 hour later did a engine. Went back to dealer who had been so happy to sell us the car. Their mechanic was skeptical about it needing an engine, but 1 hour later did agree that the engine needed to be replaced. Hunt club Nissan's solution they would cut me a break on their hourly which is 120.00hr. Generous. Contacted omvic what a useless experience. They wanted to help negotiate a compromise. Really, how does one negotiate ethics? They sold me something broken and now I was going to have to negotiate. Ridiculous. Their finance manager took the time to tell me I should have bought a warranty. I could not believe her lack of morals. How dare she sell me a broken car and then blame me for trusting them. She was very concerned with how many days it had been since I bought the car thirty six days being the magic number. After thirty six days they are not liable. I have only ever bought Hondas and now am in the market for a new car, not certain what I will buy but do know it won't be a Nissan and certainly not from there. Before anyone says buyer beware I have been in sales and at no time did I divorce myself from doing the right thing. More

I have recently dealt with this dealership and found the salesman, Curtis Munro, to be extremely courteous and informative. He answered all my questions, explained thoroughly everything about the vehicle salesman, Curtis Munro, to be extremely courteous and informative. He answered all my questions, explained thoroughly everything about the vehicle I was interested in and overall I felt completely at ease to discuss things with him and make my decision. I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a car. More
Garbage dealer. Took my car in for a balance and they couldn't do it after 4 visits and refused to refund me. During the process my car was severely scratched and damages, and surprise they denied it. Al couldn't do it after 4 visits and refused to refund me. I went to Hunt Club Nissan during the so-called Black Friday sale, on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2011. My experience with the salesperson, Chase Campbell, was actually very positive. He was helpful, took us out Friday sale, on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2011. My experience with the salesperson, Chase Campbell, was actually very positive. He was helpful, took us out for a test drive, and, upon return suggested that I get my old car, a 2002 Accord SE, in good condition, appraised for trade value. However, after I had given them the keys to my car, I was suddenly confronted with a heavy set older guy, who proceeded to try to put the screws to me. This man was offensive, asking me very inappropriate questions. After the trade value was returned, I had to ask 3 times where my keys were. I refrained from telling this jerk exactly whet I thought of him out of deference to my wife who was with me. The price advertised for the base car, the 2.5 S, with automatic, was $21,998 before HST. When I entered the dealership, my first question was "can I get the same deal with the "Luxury Package?". This should have been $21,998 plus $3300 for the Luxury Package, plus HST = $28,586.74, without trade. However, the "all-in" price ultimately quoted, which included a very low trade value of $2000 for my Accord, with HST, was $28,160. This was only about $60 better than the online estimator at Nissan.ca. I had expected something around $26,000 with HST. Some deal! I declined to make an offer or engage in negotiation with that kind of pressure. All in all, a very negative experience. I later inquired the nature of the included Security Pkg at $399 - it turns out that this is a compulsory option included on all cars sold at this dealer - includes etched glass and locking wheel nuts with some kind of undocumented insurance policy worth $2000 if your car is stolen during the first 3 years. Invoice padding. More
I agree with the previous writer. When pricing a vehicle, they are very devious in their pricing. They tell you they are giving you a discount for something and then they add the cost back in on another part they are very devious in their pricing. They tell you they are giving you a discount for something and then they add the cost back in on another part of the deal. All they show you is the monthly payment. When you ask questions about the details behind the monthly payment they become dismissive and dad mannered. Beware the Sales Manager, "Mike". On lease buyout they try to gouge their clients by demanding additional fees not listed in the contract. When the customer refuses to be gouged, they will no longer fulfill their obligations. Beware Leasing Manger Mike Z. Smooth talker but will cheat you when you are not looking More
Had the same experience as first reviewer. They are not transparent at all on their pricing and discounts, even in the showroom the cars do not have pricing details affixed on them. They never give true de transparent at all on their pricing and discounts, even in the showroom the cars do not have pricing details affixed on them. They never give true details on taxes and other fees, only give you how much you pay monthyl. Had an argument with Sales Manager-Mike for pricing and valuation, first time I've seen someone so rude to customers and so arrogant. He raised his voice a few times and don't seem to care about customers - treat like customers like idiots. Please stay away! More
