I was looking at leasing a brand new Altima SL and visited another dealership before coming to Hunt Club Nissan to see if they would be able to meet my budget. I was introduced to Faysal and I was visited another dealership before coming to Hunt Club Nissan to see if they would be able to meet my budget. I was introduced to Faysal and I was immediately put at ease by his demeanor; car shopping is not my favorite thing. He was honest and straight forward and lay it out on the table. He presented me with his initial offer on the car of my choice and I immediately turned it down but now we had a starting point. This is where Faysal said "Name your price" I knew he was there to represent me and my best interest. He went back and forth with his Sales Manager until he achieved want I was comfortable with paying. Everyone in the dealership including those browsing seemed very happy leaving through those doors which made me feel very comfortable. We were not neccessarily looking to purchase a new car as our lease still had 3 months to go however Faysal made our visit so comfortable that we just didn't to want to go elsewhere. Kind, considerate, and unbelievably enthusiastic are some of the words to describe Faysal. No matter what concerns we had (and what kind of "dealing" we were trying to accomplish) he welcomed it with open arms. This wasn't about a sale, I believe it was about a relationship. I have never liked the car - buying "game" however this person exemplified honesty which is at most-times very hard to find in the sales business. I have worked in the sales business before and you have to believe in the product. Fasal does and is very willing to go the "extra mile" for your satisfaction...not "business" but satisfaction. There is definitely a problem here. Perhaps it's communication? I purchased a juke and could not get the colour I wanted after a 3 week wait and promise. Then my first service call was booked at the communication? I purchased a juke and could not get the colour I wanted after a 3 week wait and promise. Then my first service call was booked at the wrong time(long wait) my second service appointment was a nightmare. I was told I don't live in the "real world" according to Ryan the service advisor who claimed to be the service manager on the phone. I was told before hand my appointment would be 1 hour max then I get there and it's 2hours, so I had to leave cause I would not make it to work. They have no idea the stress and effort it took me to get there with my tires, I live in Perth. Ryan seemed not to care..... Oh well last visit I make! Go to Dilarwi people the service is wayyyyyyyyy better! More
