There was no pressure at all during the sale and I felt he truly cared about making sure I found the right car for me. As it was my first stop looking, I wanted to go check out other dealerships and experienced no pressure from ken to buy then and there. I eventually came back after looking because I loved the customer service I got at the dealership and the car he had shown me. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the most positive experience and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Horrible service, endangered my family Miss lead me on the condition of the vehicle that I purchased there. Over a year of ownership I have bleed over 5000$ in repairs and replacements. After moving to new province after having safety done prior to trip. Failed new province safety and one of the multiple failures was that the brakes near critical failure. Not the typical sales person! Ken was great to deal with. Very friendly, knowledgable and never tried to rush any decisions. I never felt pressured into anything. Worst worst customer service. All about screwing you I had the worst experience (and it's still not over) with this dealership. Bought a new suv from Warwick (he's great) but of course his xxx of a boss I had the worst experience (and it's still not over) with this dealership. Bought a new suv from Warwick (he's great) but of course his xxx of a boss had to step in and then take over to make you feel like you are getting the best deal. That's when I had to deal with Peter w the sales manager. Most pompous arrogant xxxxx you can find. He tried to go back on the contract (even tho the suv is in my possession) and the deal is over an done, he tried to add 5000 to my total. No thanks. When i told him I'd return everything before that happens he offers me winter tires and rims. When I said maybe but what does that mean he tried to give me the cheapest crap of the cheapest crap. No thanks. Then i come in to trade back and he has nothing ready and sends me home. The next day he's gone. I deal with ediz who never calls me back and doesn't know what's going on. STILL on going. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! More

0 percent finance scam - Buyers Beware!! This scam seems to be repetitive in the reviews, this dealership lures people on the promise of a 0 percent finance for the full amortization of the v This scam seems to be repetitive in the reviews, this dealership lures people on the promise of a 0 percent finance for the full amortization of the vehicle and that the 0 percent will automatically renew itself annually, but then come to realize the following year that this program does not nor ever existed. First of all they will try to get out of it by saying that this is a program between them "the dealership" and the specific bank that unfortunately was cancelled. Then they will try to come up with an excuse that this is not true and whomever told you of such a program does not work here anymore and therefore there isn't much that can be done. However, if you were smart enough to have this somewhat in writing on your purchase agreement then they will try to convince you to refinance your vehicle with another bank that may offer this rate, which basically means purchasing your vehicle twice in a year (another scam). If you ever think of buying a car from this criminal establishment please do yourself a favor and get lawyer to review your papers. Rest assured someone will be held accountable for this unethical practice. More
