I was looked in the eye and assured it did so my mom opted for the 2017 model. Upon delivery it did not have those options. Sales manager says nothing can be done. I am furious with Hunt Club Honda. Hussein took the time to explain how to recieve the best price. He showed me the vehicle inside and out, and made me love the vehicle before I bought it. If there is anyone looking for a vehicle with the best customer service attached to that, Hussein is the man to see. Thank you as well for making my wife comfortable in the whole process. CAR BUYERS BEWARE My mother recently purchased a brand spanking new 2017 Honda Accord and what she got from this Dealership was a 2017 Accord with CAR BUYERS BEWARE My mother recently purchased a brand spanking new 2017 Honda Accord and what she got from this Dealership was a 2017 Accord with numerous scratches, so much that a new paint job was already required and outstanding Kilometers on it as well. this dealer unloaded on her a floor model rather then what she paid for, a new car. They even refused to compensate. I do not recommend to anyone to go here because they will simply try to take advantage of you if you don't know the "Game" they play. If I could give this review negative stars I would but unfortunately I need to give this place a star it doesn't even deserve. CAR BUYERS BEWARE, visit another dealership, save yourself from bieng taken advantage of especially with the prices of vehicles now a days. nothing but crooks! More

They went our of their way to help us. Hussein was helpful from the start, quick and willing to share a lot of information over the phone. When we came in to the dealership, was very friend Hussein was helpful from the start, quick and willing to share a lot of information over the phone. When we came in to the dealership, was very friendly, took all the time we needed to answer our questions and tell us the pros and cons of the different models. Good test drive, organized quickly, arranged for appraisal of our used van quickly, and the whole staff made the negotiation part fluid and respectful. No undue pressure at any time. Now, the real cherry came from Steve, sales manager. Honda delayed delivery of the car to the dealership twice. I was initially suspicious that they were playing a trick on me, but after I phoned around and checked, it became clear that this was not under the control of the dealership at all. We explained to Steve, the sales manager, that we needed that car to go on vacation (with our 3 kids) and we were running out of time. He found a solution, lent us a car for our vacation and when we came back, our new van was ready! That was real service, beyond what was required. A big thank you and well deserved 5 star. More

We all know buying a vehicle can be stressful, and we all hate walking into the dealership only to be looked at as prey. But I must say, walking into this dealership wasn’t stressful at all, and I wasn’t attacked by any sales people. I know this sounds corny, but maybe it’s the layout of the place…I didn’t feel pressure…I donno. I was helped by Steve Ounarom throughout my buying process and he seemed pretty knowledgeable about Hondas, new and old, he seemed like a car guy which I can appreciate. Steve really helped eliminate my concerns and didn’t apply any “tactics” or pressure me into anything. I had been to other dealerships and immediately felt pressured or I was insulting them by not buying a car….I hate that. Anyways, needless to say I had a great experience with Steve and the staff, and ended up buying an Odyssey Touring! My family and I couldn’t be happier with the dealership and the buying process. We live in the West End of town and will drive all the way to this dealership for service. We didnt drive much the first month so it was alright, on the second month we had to travel more between Ottawa and Toronto. after 3 trip to Toronto, it started to act weirdly, so we found the car was heavily consuming Oil only at higher speed (highway). But we were 1k over for the waranty but still within 3 month. Hunt club Honda refuse to help us even a tiny bit. Do not trust them on their used car. get the car checked by a third party. They arent reliable and wont help you. More
