worst experience buying a car ! This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I got a new car from hunt club Honda and when I went back to pick up the car there was a This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I got a new car from hunt club Honda and when I went back to pick up the car there was a strange noise when I turned right. I took the car back to have them fix the issue and during their test drive in my new car they got into a accident. They fixed the damage for free however the car was no longer new to me anymore and they refused to give me another car or even discount the car and told me they are only obligated to fix the car and give it back. So I was stuck with this car that was no longer "new" to me anymore and had a history of damage due to hunt club Honda getting into a accident. not even a year into owning the car they had to replace the transmission as well and their service at their repair garage was horrible and they were rude most of the time. Took the car in to have a recall fixed and they said they would give me a loaner to go to a doctors appointment while they fix the recall then they refused me a loaner car and then did not even fix my car and said bring it back another day when I have the time. Very bad experience and I would not recommend anyone of my family or Friends buy from this place. I now got a NEW car from Barrhaven Honda and I am very pleased everything has been 100% on point with Barrhaven Honda More

He immediately made me feel comfortable and he listened carefully to my needs. He made every effort to show me the various features in the two vehicles I expressed an interest in,and even though I made it clear to him that I was just looking at present he insisted that I test drove each vehicle. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I would be happy to recommend him to any of my friends. More
Service Visit at around 160,000+ KM. The car went in for several normal wear and tear maintenance work "rear brakes, oil change, and transmission fluid change" and a VTC actuator which ha The car went in for several normal wear and tear maintenance work "rear brakes, oil change, and transmission fluid change" and a VTC actuator which had a bulletin issued by Honda but my vehicle was outside the warranty period to be fixed under warranty, I have been putting off the VTC job since it was a costly proposition and I was told it had very little impact on the performance. The job took slightly longer than usual, but that was because there were other diagnostics that were found on other items not visible on first inspection, namely, Timing Chain which when diagnosed was found to be stretched, and one Caliper which was seized even after servicing. The recommendation was also to change the Brake fluid which i went for. I have to admit the final bill was a little higher than I expected, but definitely was lower than doing all the repair piecemeal, or separately, not to mention the time saving. I only paid for the parts and saved on labor, for the timing chain, the caliper and the brake fluid. It was an amazing feat in my opinion. I would definitely would go back for all my Honda/Acura products in the household 3 immediate family and 7 in the extended family), for that great proactive service and diagnostics. Cars are personal, so does Car Service in my opinion. This all is a great story, the real Gem of this whole experience, is driving the car - I can feel the VTEC working amazingly, power out is instantaneous, power delivery is quick, pedal response is amazing, for both acceleration and braking. This chain was definitely on its way out. I am sure this maintenance suggestions to change the chain, the caliper and the fluid made a huge difference. More

Noticed recent changes in Service Dept. very positive result Service in the past usually met expectations, however, there seems to be some staff changes that have made my recent visit surpass my expectations. T Service in the past usually met expectations, however, there seems to be some staff changes that have made my recent visit surpass my expectations. The new service advisors are actually smiling and very pleasant and eager to please. I was concerned that my usual advisor, James, was no longer there, as he new my vehicle and that I usually performed much of the service myself over the years. I was pleased, however, to find that he is now the new Service Manager, which is a much welcomed change. He is very personable, knowledgeable and excellent at client service challenges. When he saw me, he came out of his office to greet me and assured me of the competence of his new service personnel and that me and my vehicle were in good hands. Well, as my vehicle needed parts to be ordered, I was in and out within 45 minutes. I look forward to returning for my next visit. Honda is such a great vehicle and owners deserve to be treated well as they do at Hunt Club Honda. Thank you. More

When we presented our offer, he was inflexible and refused to even counter-offer or work with us to try and make a deal, so we got up and walked out. As we did not feel valued as customers, we will never go back to Hunt Club Honda, and we will buy our next vehicle somewhere else. More
