Charges for the maintenance services are overpriced. Had to wait for a very long time for a part and found that replacement services were near 400 for 3-4 hrs, not worth it Staff is very friendly thou Had to wait for a very long time for a part and found that replacement services were near 400 for 3-4 hrs, not worth it Staff is very friendly though. Work was completed in a timely manner and very satisfactory. Although direction to find vehicle for pick up afterwards was incorrect and require walking around entire perimeter of the dealership. satisfactory. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I GOT MY CAR BUT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE DENTS AND SCRATCHES REMOVED ON ALL SIDES AND ONLY 1 DOOR WAS DONE. MY MOTHER WAS SO UPSET AND WAS MISTREATED BY ONE OF THE SALES MANAGER TH HAVE THE DENTS AND SCRATCHES REMOVED ON ALL SIDES AND ONLY 1 DOOR WAS DONE. MY MOTHER WAS SO UPSET AND WAS MISTREATED BY ONE OF THE SALES MANAGER THERE WHO SAID "WAS IT IN WRITING". YES IT WAS! WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A FOLLOW UP CALL AND DIDN'T GET ONE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I MAY HAVE TO GET MY CARS LOOKED AT ELSEWHERE AND PAY OUT OF POCKET TO FIX THE DENTS AND SCRATCHES. LESSON NEVER TAKE A CAR IFF A LOT UNTIL IT IS 100% READY. More
I’ve come here frequently for general maintenance (oil change, any maintenance minder) due to it being close to my workplace. However I’ve had exceptionally terrible customer experience. First- while I change, any maintenance minder) due to it being close to my workplace. However I’ve had exceptionally terrible customer experience. First- while I had the usual oil change, they tried to upsell a whole brake change (brake pads, calipers, and rotors) for my then 3-yr old Accord for $1600. Apparently they will use a ceramic pad that’s more premium than the stock part. Upon research, stock is ceramic and costs way less than what was quoted (considering labour, etc). I of course turned it down. I ended up changing my pads a year and a half after at another dealership! Second - While having my usual maintenance routine, Brandon Vincent urged me to have my outer tie rod replaced as soon as possible as it’s not road-worthy anymore. He even had me sign a waiver -to scare me? - before he released my car. I have a maxxed out 8yrs/200,000kms of Comprehensive warranty with Honda and tie rods are covered. The guy says, “Oh bring it to the dealer (Maple Honda) you bought your car from.” Garbage. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: I found my receipt and here’s the “waiver” he said I’ll need to sign.
