On Jun 08 2023, my wife and I purchased and took delivery of my Acura RDX 2016 from Honda Queensway. We worked from home and drove not long before our trip to Vancouver between Jun 14 and Jun 24 2023. of my Acura RDX 2016 from Honda Queensway. We worked from home and drove not long before our trip to Vancouver between Jun 14 and Jun 24 2023. We started driving again on Jun 25 2023. On July 4 2023, the car got an issue in the middle of the road lane. The engine stopped working when we reversed the car. In the lane, the car was lying horizontally. On July 5 2023, we brought the car to the dealer and asked them to check. They told us to keep it overnight, then called us to say that they needed to ask their GM something and wanted to keep the car until Monday (July 10). Since July 10 is out of the 30-day safety warranty, we decided to go to the dealership on Jul 07 (Friday). They told us that the alternator was low battery and they would charge us ~1.4k CAD for changing it (parts and labour). We are so disappointed but we need a car for commuting, so we paid but still felt frustrated! My friends working for other dealerships told me that the dealership should have been responsible for the issue in terms of the financial aspect. We have been frustrated since this was our first car in Canada! More

Work was completed in a timely manner and very satisfactory. Although direction to find vehicle for pick up afterwards was incorrect and require walking around entire perimeter of the dealership. satisfactory. Charges for the maintenance services are overpriced.
