Had several small issues with my brand new F150, three of which were noise related. Took it to them and let them have it for two full days and they claimed they could not hear anything. Aside from those issues, my truck headlights fog up on the bottom section of the light (both sides). Service rep on site said there's nothing he could do as the issue at hand wasn't present at the time I brought it in. Although I showed him and emailed him photos of the truck headlights when the fogging has occurred. Nothing has been done for me and I am extremely disappointed because these issues should not at all be present on a 50,000 dollar vehicle let alone any new vehicle. More
No Service for 40 years Bought a truck in Sept 3 2016, Told it would be ready for pick up the following Friday. Sold my vehicle expecting the word to be true. after many visits and trying to call to find out what is going on got truck 2 Fridays after promised incomplete having the sales department telling me to bring it back when I don't need the truck. Took it in to get fixed as agreed when purchased. Picked up truck when they finally call me. then as driving off the lot they fixed body work. but did not repair electronic problems reported to them. Return the vehicle for the third time to get repairs done hoping properly. .Took vehicle in for the fourth time . After two weeks waiting for my truck to finally get repaired. I got the truck back now I have an intermitant remote start on the truck. I bought a used truck did not try to dicker with the price I just said I wanted a proper working truck. . All features working. In the process I was put into four different vehicles three with dealer plates one with passenger plate. I find it pretty said that a dealership has the gall to post 40 years servicing London and I am still looking for proper service in 4 months after buying the vehicle. More
Looked at a used vehicle. 2013 I was looking for a used suv. Found a 2013.. that I liked. Was given a price and spend time with salesman going over monthly loan payments. After test drive...I was given a DIFFERENT PRICE! OVER 2 THOUSAND MORE. 2300.00 more! Very surprised. ...very disappointed. I was shocked and left. More
Great Service Experience I purchased my 2017 Escape at Highbury and brought it in for my first scheduled oil change today. It was very busy, but the staff still made sure that I was taken care of right away. The staff offered refreshments while I waited and made sure I was taken care of. They did a profile set-up in order to get some ideas on what type of vehicle I wanted and also the colour I would want as well. The staff were very professional and answered all the questions I had. Rude salesperson and shoddy collision repair My wife and son were treated with incredible rudeness by a younger member of the sales staff. It's too bad I wasn't there, he would have had a bad day. Mother-in-law had collision repair done there and they didn't even check the alignment. She had trouble with control in slippery conditions even with winter tires until I convinced her to have the alignment checked. It was way out and obvious that Highbury Ford hadn't even looked at it. It wasn't even on the invoice. A totally unprofessional dealer. More
