Horrible Service Department We purchased a new car two years ago with an extended 5 years premium care service package from St Thomas Ford, since we live closer to Highbury Ford We purchased a new car two years ago with an extended 5 years premium care service package from St Thomas Ford, since we live closer to Highbury Ford we have been taking our car there for regular maintenance. Every time and I do mean every time we take our vehicle in for service they don't top up essential fluids like brake fluid. Each time we end up taking the car back for it to get topped up. On march 25 we brought the car in for regular maintenance, stupidly we didn't check the brake fluid prior to leaving. We really didn't think that they would seriously forget a third time to top up the brake fluid. The following Monday we discovered that the horn didn't work so we decided to check the brake fluid, not surprisingly the brake fluid had not been topped up. I then attempted to contact Sean the service manager, a message was left but we never received a call back from Sean instead we received a call from Joanne. The horn issue was dismissed as something that likely didn't happen when we took the car to them (just bad timing I'm sure) and we would need to bring it in for a diagnostic test, the brake fluid not being topped up was also dismissed and we were told to just bring it back in. They were fully booked on Saturday so we decided to call back. Yesterday April 4th I again attempted to call Sean, this time I left a message with a junior service tech who said Sean would call me back the next day. Well today at 4pm I had still not heard back from Sean so I call back again & leave yet another message. Approximately 30 mins later I did receive a call back from Ford, again not Sean. I ask why Sean has not called back the last 2 times I have called but instead gets others to return his calls, he's just to busy to call people back I'm told. I again explain our issues with the brake fluid and the horn and I'm then told Sean will call me back, it's now 6pm there service department is long closed and still no phone call. Highbury Ford there is no shame in claiming incompetence on the job, I can and will just take my vehicle elsewhere. I would rather drive out to St Thomas to make sure I get the service I paid for. So to Highbury Ford I salute you proudly with my middle finger raised high. You suck you really do. More

2014 ford fusion I have had the worst customer service in my 40 years of life. My 2 year old garage kept car has bubble rust on the hood coming from the seem undern I have had the worst customer service in my 40 years of life. My 2 year old garage kept car has bubble rust on the hood coming from the seem underneath. I was told to buy the electronic rust control. So on booking the appointment with Highbury, told them kms on the car. 2 weeks later at the appointment that they lost. The manager tells me nothing they can do. Due to being over the warranty. So I have drove over 150kms and wasted over 2 days of my time. Very poorly managed dealership More

Great sales department (5 stars) , horrible service department (1 star). I would definitely recommend this dealership for SALES ONLY. Service department is not reliable. Had several , horrible service department (1 star). I would definitely recommend this dealership for SALES ONLY. Service department is not reliable. Had several small issues with my brand new F150, three of which were noise related. Took it to them and let them have it for two full days and they claimed they could not hear anything. Aside from those issues, my truck headlights fog up on the bottom section of the light (both sides). Service rep on site said there's nothing he could do as the issue at hand wasn't present at the time I brought it in. Although I showed him and emailed him photos of the truck headlights when the fogging has occurred. Nothing has been done for me and I am extremely disappointed because these issues should not at all be present on a 50,000 dollar vehicle let alone any new vehicle. More
