Looked at a used vehicle. 2013 I was looking for a used suv. Found a 2013.. that I liked. Was given a price and spend time with salesman going over monthly loan payments. Rude salesperson and shoddy collision repair My wife and son were treated with incredible rudeness by a younger member of the sales staff. It's too bad I wasn't there, he would have had a bad day My wife and son were treated with incredible rudeness by a younger member of the sales staff. She had trouble with control in slippery conditions even with winter tires until I convinced her to have the alignment checked. It was way out and obvious that Highbury Ford hadn't even looked at it. It wasn't even on the invoice. A totally unprofessional dealer. More

i will NEVER buy a vehicle from here agin i bought my bran new 2013 ford f150 from highbury ford in dec of 2013 pick it up with a broken drive side seat also about 5 weeks later the paint on i bought my bran new 2013 ford f150 from highbury ford in dec of 2013 pick it up with a broken drive side seat also about 5 weeks later the paint on my truck stared to peel off I toke it in to the body shop they had it for about a week I got it back looking worse then when I toke it in it was two different shads of red long story shot they had to repaint it 4 times and to this day its still not right ...I would strongly recommend not buying a vehicle from hightbury ford worst experience ever ! More
