Hello, I am really sorry to hear about your experience at Highbury Ford. At the same time we thought we did our very best to help you out at the time. When you bought the truck you were aware that the truck just came in on trade and we didn’t know how much work it needed at that point. You chose to purchase the truck with our condition that we would only sell the truck if we could safety and recondition the truck at a reasonable cost as it is an older vehicle and may require repairs. We also stated that the repairs could take a few days. Since you already sold your previous vehicle we got you a vehicle to drive in the meantime. Then in despaired need of a truck we agreed you could take the truck and bring it back to finish remaining repairs. After returning the truck several weeks, we again offered you a vehicle to drive that suited your needs. I’m really sorry to hear that you feel we didn’t try to help you out. Thank you for your review. Awesome to hear you are impressed with our Sales Department! At the same time, I am concerned about your issues with your brand new vehicle in Service. I would like to let you know that noise issues are some of the hardest things to assess but we do take them seriously. When a vehicle comes in with noise issues, most of the times it will be inspected by both a licenced technician and our shop foreman. It sounds like we were unable to pinpoint any specific issues, unfortunately. Usually in this case our next recommended step is to have you drive the vehicle with our shop foreman to point out the issues you are experiencing so we can work to resolve them for you. Now with condensation in headlamps the process for that is we need to take 3 photos of the vehicle and headlamp assembly when there is evidence of condensation. After that we submit the pictures to Ford and they give approval for replacement. Let me know if you would like go for a road test and get the photos taken and I would be happy to accommodate you.
