great. I have always went to Ford Dealership for all service and parts since 2010. Ford Escape and Ford F150 now in my driveway and never a Ford owner previo I have always went to Ford Dealership for all service and parts since 2010. Ford Escape and Ford F150 now in my driveway and never a Ford owner previously. I commute daily 59 km with a 2010 F150 and very impressed with drive train 4x4 system and general reliability. My next vehicle will be another Ford. Bravo More

Upset I purchased a use 2015 f150 in 2016, Moe was the sales men, that experience was ok, i never noticed that one of the rims was marked up till i got it h I purchased a use 2015 f150 in 2016, Moe was the sales men, that experience was ok, i never noticed that one of the rims was marked up till i got it home, i figured that because i never seen it when buying it that the dealership would do nothing, but i showed Moe anyway,he told me that he would look into it , never heard back from him, i went in for a oil change a few month late ask Moe about the rim the same answer i will look into it. There was some work that need done to the truck so in march i left it at the dealership for a week because i live a hour out of London, and asked if the could get the rim fixed , along with the hood and tonneau cover the hood when i meet a tractor trailer i think the hood moves so much seems like it going to fly off,the tonneau cover the put on leaks alot , they told me the hood and cover are ok the hood still looks like its going to come off when i meet a truck. The rim they did get fixed but some were along the lineit got scratched, when i picked up the truck the service adviser at the time said well if its not fixed rite you don't need to pay, at that time , i ran into Moe again the day i picked up the truck and he looked àt the bill and agin he said that he would take care of it and nothing again. So on Saturday 22 of April i payed the $258 for the rim repair. They tell me that they will get the rim repaired rite but i have my doubts. The first and only vehicle i will ever get from Highbury Ford. Qhen the truck need service i will take it elsewhere and i won't be buying there again.I will go to the ford dealership on the golden auto mile. More
Horrible Service Department We purchased a new car two years ago with an extended 5 years premium care service package from St Thomas Ford, since we live closer to Highbury Ford We purchased a new car two years ago with an extended 5 years premium care service package from St Thomas Ford, since we live closer to Highbury Ford we have been taking our car there for regular maintenance. Every time and I do mean every time we take our vehicle in for service they don't top up essential fluids like brake fluid. Each time we end up taking the car back for it to get topped up. On march 25 we brought the car in for regular maintenance, stupidly we didn't check the brake fluid prior to leaving. We really didn't think that they would seriously forget a third time to top up the brake fluid. The following Monday we discovered that the horn didn't work so we decided to check the brake fluid, not surprisingly the brake fluid had not been topped up. I then attempted to contact Sean the service manager, a message was left but we never received a call back from Sean instead we received a call from Joanne. The horn issue was dismissed as something that likely didn't happen when we took the car to them (just bad timing I'm sure) and we would need to bring it in for a diagnostic test, the brake fluid not being topped up was also dismissed and we were told to just bring it back in. They were fully booked on Saturday so we decided to call back. Yesterday April 4th I again attempted to call Sean, this time I left a message with a junior service tech who said Sean would call me back the next day. Well today at 4pm I had still not heard back from Sean so I call back again & leave yet another message. Approximately 30 mins later I did receive a call back from Ford, again not Sean. I ask why Sean has not called back the last 2 times I have called but instead gets others to return his calls, he's just to busy to call people back I'm told. I again explain our issues with the brake fluid and the horn and I'm then told Sean will call me back, it's now 6pm there service department is long closed and still no phone call. Highbury Ford there is no shame in claiming incompetence on the job, I can and will just take my vehicle elsewhere. I would rather drive out to St Thomas to make sure I get the service I paid for. So to Highbury Ford I salute you proudly with my middle finger raised high. You suck you really do. More

In my review on the above date I told my story about being given a price on an SUV I was looking at and upon returning the next day for a test drive was told a different and higher price. Within a short time later I received a call from the salesperson GABE telling me that Highbury Ford would honour the first price I was quoted. Thank you GABE and KIRBY. Jo. More
