Winter tires/rims installation When the vehicle was purchased, the winter tire/rim package was also purchased. The vehicle was picked up on Friday January 19th, and I was informed that the winter rims were not in stock, and I was told that they would be in the following Thursday. The following Thursday came and went .... no call. I waited until Monday the 29th to attend the dealership and find out what the deal with the tires was, as the snow was starting to fall quite heavily. The tires were found stacked at the parts counter, with my name on them. The sales manager immediately had my vehicle taken in, and the installation was completed in under an hour. Better communication with customers waiting for parts to be delivered, that are already there. More
