My pregnant wife almost got into an accident because of the transmission issues they know models from 2012-2016 have. Now they want to charge me for taking the car for a test drive so they can see the issues the car has. I had previously sent the car in to fix the transmission problems and they pretty much treated me like I was crazy. “There is no issues with the car” when right before taking it in for service the car shrouded at the lights. Every time I’m taking a ramp to merge into a highway I’m scared this car is gonna stall or someone is just going to hit me. I have warranty on my vehicle up to 120,000km -5yrs. They are basically waiting for my warranty to expire. They know the issues with the car as I’ve sent in 5 times (once at oakridge ford) each time the transmission was fixed only to find that it’s a temporary fix! I had a 2012 Ford Focus and they exchanged it to a 2015 because “the transmission issues were fixed” I went back to the sales person and said “that’s what they told us” seriously!??? He then proceeds me to sell me a car increase my payments to find out that your Ford eco sport is garbage! I don’t even know how you have a 4.1 review but trust is not gonna stay there very long. More

Oil change and removal of snow tires On Saturday, I had an appointment to remove my snow tires. I realized on the way to Highbury Ford that the car was in need of an oil change. Althou On Saturday, I had an appointment to remove my snow tires. I realized on the way to Highbury Ford that the car was in need of an oil change. Although I was not scheduled for an oil change, Evan was able to make arrangements to add the unexpected oil change to the original appointment.
