Service on recall parts We just received a letter from Highbury Ford asking us to trade in our 2011 Ford Escape to get a newer vehicle. Yet last year when I had a recall par We just received a letter from Highbury Ford asking us to trade in our 2011 Ford Escape to get a newer vehicle. Yet last year when I had a recall part to be changed they refused to deal with us as we had not purchased the car there. This was a FORD recall. we took it to Oakridge ford and they were more than accommodating. My son in law was also refused When an older car he purchased had a recall. Although he did not purchase that vehicle there, they have purchased their new vehicles on a regular basis at highbury ford. So because of your less than stellar service, we will only deal with Oakridge ford and although it is further away, it is worth the trip. Darlene and Mike Hankin More

My pregnant wife almost got into an accident because of the transmission issues they know models from 2012-2016 have. Now they want to charge me for taking the car for a test drive so they can see the issues the car has. I had previously sent the car in to fix the transmission problems and they pretty much treated me like I was crazy. “There is no issues with the car” when right before taking it in for service the car shrouded at the lights. Every time I’m taking a ramp to merge into a highway I’m scared this car is gonna stall or someone is just going to hit me. I have warranty on my vehicle up to 120,000km -5yrs. They are basically waiting for my warranty to expire. They know the issues with the car as I’ve sent in 5 times (once at oakridge ford) each time the transmission was fixed only to find that it’s a temporary fix! I had a 2012 Ford Focus and they exchanged it to a 2015 because “the transmission issues were fixed” I went back to the sales person and said “that’s what they told us” seriously!??? He then proceeds me to sell me a car increase my payments to find out that your Ford eco sport is garbage! I don’t even know how you have a 4.1 review but trust is not gonna stay there very long. More
